If there's a smile , then yeah. Depends how the eye contact is. I have experienced different kinds. Like "I am checking you out, who are you?" kind of eye contact. Without a smile. Then you have an eye contact with a smile and a 2nd look - that is a strong sign.

I read a similar post here. One suggested to let him talk and you could roll your eyes and laugh while he is doing it. And tell him before he starts yapping: "OK you are interested too? Well, give her your best shot! What is your best pickup line!"

You go to the gym and mind your own business, and let her come over to you if she is there, or another place. If it doesn't happen, it's 100% over. Do not go over to her. There's a fine line between just being nice, and being interested.

If you have to wonder about it, then she is not interested. I have been there myself. It looks like "all signs are there", but nothing is happening and she doesn't wanna commit. Enthusiastic when I asked her if she wanted to do something, but wanted to involve her friends. Then of course nothing happened.
