1	"Step In Inequality" xpost /r/mensrights Sure, cherry-picking is bad and subjective. I haven't looked at the full study for a long time, but I feel like doctor, lawyer etc are bad examples. It was talking specifically about male dominated jobs that went on to be female dominated, or the opposite. Not the ones that came close to a 50/50 divide. A lot of people (including myself at one point) has an instinct to connect men with science and women with humanities, and that definitely comes out in speech. "If you're failing your courses, don't you want to study English instead?" etc. Quotas is exactly the kind of simplification I was referring to. Problem: Not enough women in STEM.
