Funny enough, she initially suggested a week on/week off, but then reverted back to the 3/4. I proposed a modified week on/week off (Fri-Thurs, w/ an overnight on Tues or Wed), with all exchanges happening when school lets out. Haven't heard back on it yet

It’s the time without them that’s frustrating for me I get that. i hate that I have to go any time without them. From your experience, how did you manage your time between work, personal/social, and kids? Or were kids your personal/social time?

I've heard the two 2's can be hard on the kids in terms of not settling into routines before switching. Is that something you've seen?

This was something she initially proposed, but now wants to stick to the 3/4. I recommended a 7/7 with a mid-week overnight/break. How was it being apart from the kids that long?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
