I didn’t really do anything besides move her hand off me and leave. I didn’t recognize it as sexual assault until wayyy afterwards. She kept putting her hand on my thigh and moving it upwards. I just kind of accepted it because I was in a totally different state that I’ve never been to. There was a point where I would ruminate over comments such as this, and I had to totally remove myself from any medium where I may become exposed to it. After a while of doing so, I can now see the forest from the trees. The people who will make remarks like that are typically extraordinarily dysfunctional people who are disliked by a majority of people who come into contact with them.
