Whether or not you can afford it, how will you feel about yourself if you cave to this behavior from this individual? In 5 years time you will feel you gave in to a bully and you will have a difficult time looking in the mirror at what could have been. Stick with it, work on your confidence and self esteem and push through for your sake. The goal isn’t even vindication but if this person is successful here they will be successful on the next individual.

It sounds less like you’re confused and more like you want more and she isn’t willing to talk about it or reciprocate it. And you like you mentioned, may feel like you don’t want to stop something that is near what you want but knot exactly what you want (or later get rejected; rug pulled out from under you).

Fuck this thinking. This is evil, don’t let this person win. Focus on winning every exchange and don’t surrender your kids to this psycho. She will continue to make false allegations about you even after she gets what she wants. Stand up for yourself and live a life without regrets.

Depart from this person. And also find out your own self esteem issues

Is there no appeals or recusal process that your attorney can ask for? I know any and all things take time but that sounds horribly unfair

Put the act out of your mind and focus on her and how you feel. Share how you feel with her and don’t let shame, embarrassment or anxiety distract you. Worse to worse you have an amazing conversation and emotionally relate. There’s always time for sex with the right woman!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
