its not the law, its mostly conditions for using the transport service. Ability aside. My major argument for all of these "equality" campaigns is: If 10% of programmers are women and 90% are men. Universities then admit 90% women and 10% men. This will only create inequality in 10-20years time. They should be either admitting the top students or 50% women/men. Then it will gradually even out. Overcompensating doesnt work, because it just creates an imbalance the other way.
