How is this relevant to this sub? Edit: My bad. Didn't realize the sub had gone full wacko. I'll save the insane mods the trouble and unsubscribe now.

I don't think a thrown drink=deserves to get punched.

This crime is based on the idea that a teenager can't make a clear decision to consent under specific criteria. The 15 y/o whose teacher agrees to have sex with them is a victim (even if the student REALLY thought they wanted to have sex with the teacher). Teenagers are stupid, and a teacher should protect them from themselves. Not fuck them, then punish them.

Dude. This is a fucked up way of thinking. We have age restrictions for a reason. ONLY the adult is responsible in child abuse cases. "They wanted it" isn't an excuse for having sex with someone that MAY not be able to make that decision.

I disagree, and this situation is a good example why. She apparently wants nothing to do with the child now, and I don't think she should live in luxury while her child is just getting by. She is wealthy. She had a child. Deciding to cut that child out of your life should have a potent financial impact. Otherwise, what's to keep her from doing something similar (or to discourage others from doing the same)?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
