2	Anyone else surprised about how little control you have of your state/mood as your day goes by? Meditation is awesome indeed. It's basically about exactly what you're saying: training yourself to be aware/mindful of your state. Doing meditation regularly, I now often find myself thinking like "Hey, I'm in a bad mood (or unfocused or whatever). Why is that? ... Oh, because of 'this' and 'this'. 2	Best GOLD collection of cocky&funny approach. Some of these lines are pretty awful imo, but there are a few really funny ones in there. 11	Could someone analyze this and tell me what makes Russell Brand so attractive in this clip? He's really good at frame control, and basically decides the context of the conversation the entire time. You even see the other dude occasionally trying to change the subject for a few seconds, whereafter Russell immediately directs the subject back to where he wants. He's very present, and the whole conversation mostly revolves around him. Also, he does not give a fuck, is very eloquent and witty, and has no trouble calling people out or making sexual jokes.	/r/seduction	18/06/13 09:37 AM
