1	Women are encouraged to enter and become leaders in male dominated fields (math, engineering), but actively put down men in female dominated fields (education/nursing). It's been happening my whole career as a therapist and I'm sick of it Because you are working hard to get into the field regardless of it being female dominate, they view you as a threat.
