No. Precedent is when you rely on a previous case with similar positions and consider the ruling of this case by comparing the precedent case and this case. If it fits the ruling with maintained and if this new case has new information that might have important legal repurcussions then the ruling is different and thus precedent changes.

These people are honestly either jealous or insecure that they can't handle a dude looking at a perfectly formed ass in the gym. Even the girl at the gym was probably proud of her ass and didn't mind being mired. Whereas they can't grasp the idea that staring is fine as long as you don't make leud and blatant comments but sneakily taking pics and obsessing over them is creepy as fuck.

Well what tends to happen at the executive level is they look for your abstract thinking. Your ability to have a vision and put it in motion. Except the problem is abstract thought in most multinational corporations tends to be discouraged especially if you're starting off in the her house, so to speak. Most 20 something women however certainly have talent but also thier vision tends to be not a complete shift of how the company does business but a small shift which gives the illusion of change …

Middle management is rife with control freak women hitlers. Its a shame too, because one of my friends is pursuing an MBA and he's seen, on multiple occasions these young 20 something females get promoted like crazy to basically end up becoming concubines to top male execs. Sure they get HR princess treatment on middle management, but its all just dressing to prep a hot number to be some rich dude's office fuck. I genuinely believe talent is universal across all genders but and some women and me…

Here's the wider analysis: Have some fucking self respect when you're engaged in LTR, and if necessary walk away. No LTR is worth life long grief and trauma of being constantly shit on. If you're planning to get married, make sure you have separate assets and always be prepared in case you get a divorce.

Yeah I'm sure if Hugh Hefner definitely doesn't have 20 year olds climbing on his dick the minute he decides he wants kids.

Personally I'd just walk out of the whole thing. Nice smile and a "see you later" if its her car you're driving, take the bus back. If not just take your damn whip, and leave. Its not misogynistic or woman-hating at all, nor does it nuke the relationship because it doesn't look like it will be a relationship in your favor if in just five months she expects you to be her whipping boy when she's "having those days" Always remember to never reveal too much. Please her all you want--its what she wan…

For some its a bitter for others, its easy to understand it. Maybe another perspective might help you out: You heard of the Scorpion and the Frog? Basic jist is that the one day a scorpion asks the frog if it can use it to grab a lift to cross a river. The frog says, sure, but with the caveat that the scorpion does not sting him in the journey. The scorpion assures the frog, should he sting the frog the scorpion will die too. So they begin the journey but midway through the journey the scorpion …

It's pretty simple what's happening here the guy broke frame. She shit tested him and he completely broke frame. Of course I don't blame her, she's an interviewer her job is to keep the debate going but in the end the idiot went off without provocation. She cut his ass off because he was weak, and she sensed it straight away. This ought to be a case of always keep your emotions in check in every situation.

What's sad is that historically, fat girls were the lowest on the totem pole of the SMV. They were right there with the fat guys so they had very little choice in the people they'd pick. What happened next with the whole fat movement is that it was framed as a Feminist issue with the whole "Society gives you barbie dolls!" spiel they'd spit out. This meant that guys had to make some sacrifices in the looks department otherwise he'd be labelled shallow douche bag, sexist, etc. So for guys who wan…

I don't know what you do exactly but it not important. You're clearly amazing enough to catch the eye of your CEO. The problem is this isn't the 1980s where being in a company and paying your dues get you rewarded. Manages want to ensure you NEVER move up the food chain and more than that; they actively ensure your work life is a living hell. Its part of middle management. Regardless, if you think you're too good, leave. Corporate culture is just a real professional ballroom where all rules of T…

Rise of the middle class and the upper middle class means disposable income with it comes conspicuous consumption. The one child policy in china hits the people with NO disposable income first, because as a man, you'd be more likely be able to support the parent. Thus you have males being born in increasingly low income to low middle class income families and there's not enough generational wealth going to men in these classes. On the other hand, families WITH disposable income don't care if the…

Shit I don't blame him. We all have that protector instinct. Problem is the Law doesn't see us as protectors but as abusers, even in a situation where she's clearly in the wrong. So she'll ride the meal ticket, giving him that handjob once in a while feeling all tingly when she sees 20 somethings with six packs on the beach wherever they decide to go and eventually, like most, give in. Cue the teas, the Its Your Fault Our Relationship is Broken, and the please give me a second chance nonsense. I…

You could hear his balls dropping at the sight of violence. Normally, I wouldn't condone violence of any kind but if you have any balls, you gotta stand up for yourself. Fuck her, think about your dignity and self-respect fr a minute. You claim you hate this dude, but you'll shake his hand like a bitch?

Yeah, that's what I meant. Men and Women. We're too comfortable with being self-centered, "got mine, fuck you." mentality. Don't get me wrong, I don't decry what TRP teaches about self-improvement and understanding that you're alone in this world but while the truth is harsh, maybe people need to change their idea of a good life. Maybe half a mil house, a beamer and three kids shouldn't be the object of one's life. TRP or no, the world is hurting and if we keep prodding, its gonna respond by wip…

Actually, it is if this keeps up. The party can lost only so long until the house burns down. People either forget it or maybe they don't care, but we're pretty fucked maybe 60 to 100 years from now. Not Mad Max level, but definitely depression-level famine.

That's not socialism retard, that's taking advantage of a union. Unions can be great for hard labor jobs that don't have much job security and wage stability in a global world. This example here is reflective of a dude not thinking ahead and getting a masters in histroy and not doing a doctorate or not looking into T.A ship or education.

Well you can probably tighten the scientific reasoning behind rape charges. Maybe go through the evidence given to prove the rape accusation. Just like how in every homicide the closest ones to the victim are the highest suspect, rape accusations should have the same standard. This way a less finger pointing approach can be lessened and you'll ha e detect Ed trying to uncover the real story vs trying to charge a dude with rape.

You're describing communism, not Marxism. Marxism is an economic observation with political consequences. Communism is a dictatorship far removed from the Marxist vision.

Yes I do. I've also watched the fight club, which is why when I think Tyler's not an anarchist. He's doesn't like order sure, but an anarchist would be like the Joker where you want to upset the political system, not hatch a plan to be "free" But that's just my opinion. We'll have to ask Chuck as to where Tyler's allegiances lie.

Marxism is an ideology forever stuck on paper. It was never TRULY implemented. The power just shifted from the feudal hands of the Tsar to The Party, similar to the French Revolution except the Russian Revolution stuck around. That's why we have Leninism, Stalinist, Communism, Maoism. They're not that different from each other politically, but they're NOT Marxist. I'm not a proponent of marxism, but people need to understand that the communist manifesto wasn't akin to the Declaration of Independ…

Feminism is a product of cultural entitlement. Women couldn't readily accept that even with the first and second feminist movement, with the system behind them, that men were still able to outperform them on all levels of society that mattered. So the Third Wave Feminism is all about entitlement and no personal responsibility. Model X looks better than me? Its The Patriarchy! Women in pop-culture are well spoken AND hot? its The Patriarchy! Guys don't care about girls, too busy with video games,…

Yeah but that doesn't make feminism Marxist. Marxism was about reaching up and grabbing the modes of production, modern day feminism is an excuse to circumvent personal responsibility.

Its not income growth, income growth is when your disposable income grows. That happened a lot in the 20s and the 50s and 60s but not in the industrial revolution. In the industrial revolution craftsmen became owners of mass production and laborers became the new farmers. The feudal system was shattered in favor of mass production of consumer goods.

Marxism is a form of anarchy, it doesn't conform to any established modes of governance. Marx felt that once the proles controlled the means of production the system will collapse and a newer, better system will be created. Tyler had the same idea.

Marxism was about overturning people who controlled the means of production. He observed that the proletariat who worked in factories making cars would always be right where he is because the elite capitalists wanted to control all the means for production. Unchecked capitalism, he observed, was akin to the feudal system. He also observed that these assembly line workers felt ALIENATED from their work; ie. They had no passion for this work and it was just a job to earn money. In the words of Tyl…

The industrial revolution was pulling people out of poverty at an unprecedented rate. That depends on WHICH industrial revolution you refer to and poverty wasn't as well defined as it is now. It was responsible for URBANIZATION, not income growth. The feudal system of king and peasant disappeared in favor of workers and companies. Industrial revolution was also responsible for unions which was a good idea considering the HORRIBLE work environment men suffered through.

Marxism and feminism are two wholly different things, Marxism is a class struggle and deals with the different modes of production. His criticism of capitalism is that the working class, which were seen as craftsmen, are now assembly line workers that get a penny on the dollar, so to speak, in terms of ownership of the product they help make. Thus the control of production and capital stays with the elite, and the proletariat gets pennies for the work they contributed. He wanted a system where t…

Yeah its adrenaline pumping when you spot your prey. Do you yell out, or stay quiet? Is your hand shaking or is it still? Will you watch your step or step on a fag? Its really mentally taxing to find your prey, whether by accident or on purpose and after several failed attempts at staying low and trying to line a shot, the process of doing so is intense as hell.

Well if you're not that good, a straight shot with a rifle won't finish the job. You'll probably have to track it and put it out of its misery depending on where you shoot it. A bow is super difficult unless you're really good and you need atleast 50 pounds of force on the bow to pierce a deer.

Political correctness isn't genetic, kids are kids and if they're exposed to Mommy thinks you're a special snowflake if they get a fuckin' C- then they're set up to fail. These kinds of people are chewed out at most post-secondary schools and especially grad schools. You'll never meet an arrogant grad student. Ever. There's a distinct reason for that.

As far as Skyler White, I don't think she belongs in this category because the show in its nature was tragic and dark in nature. Its entire show's theme revolved around the consequences of breaking bad. Skyler White was at first, a dominating wife to a beta Walt. Once Walt broke free of his own weaknesses and went on a deluded power trip Skyler hated him for it but once she got into the business she was IN. She broke bad. Multiple times and by the time season 5 came around she was an active coun…

Great choices except for the Prince. As someone who actually read the prince, its pretty useless in terms of influencing people. The Prince basically talks about the qualities of a leader, and their mistakes throughout history. If there's one thing you should take away from the Prince, its that a good prince never relies on Fortuna, and gains power through Vritu, which is to say, don't sit around hoping luck will one day smile on you, do it in spite of luck. If you want to read a Machiavelli tex…

I can actually comment on this cause I got way too close to the sun regarding this rule. I know this dude he's a great guy serious alpha, always has a girl around his arm. One time, he was making this quip about odd people around the workplace and I made a joke, at his expense, and the tension for a few seconds was palpable. Does that mean no joking around him? No, it does mean, if you're surrounding yourself in company that is CLEARLY above you then don't make jokes, insults that put them down …

GOP pretty much is down for that in the economic sector, Lol, no its not. In fact, the democrats are more liberal in terms of opening up the market than the GOP. You know who subsidized Tesla? Not the fuckin' GOP, that's for sure. Liberalism in America is starkly different than it is elsewhere. By definition, liberalism advocates free speech, and individualism. Sounds pretty TRP to me.

I don't think Politics and TRP really blend together and ideas and values, as most people know or perhaps have seen, are amusingly thrown aside in favor of gaining political power. The political spectrum is quite simplistic to represent the full range of ideology, its way to two dimensional for measuring a artificially created hierarchy. Even the natural hierarchy needs a fuckin' eco web to fully explain an ecosystem. But if there was a political ideology mixed with TRP, I would probably go with…
