And that's yours. That isn't the case for everyone, and I'd argue that the majority wouldn't be I don't speak for all straight men, but I'd have no problem if someone did onlyfans/sex work/whatever; so long as it was their past I wouldn't see it as an issue - and we both know I'm in the minority for that one

Sex positive does not mean attachment and morals are any different. You can be sex positive and still want a more traditional relationship (likewise open relationships are by enlarge still the minority and have a sky-high failure rate) Besides the physical aspects, there is more to being an onlyfans model than just pics. Messages and interaction are a reported large part of it. There are people in full-on open relationships where the #1 rule is physical only. Imagine putting your partner on hold…

Even the writers know that the big bang theory is not funny. That's the whole purpose of the laugh track, as it is proven to make bad jokes funnier. You can try the reverse yourself. The big bang theory without the track simply sounds awkward, jarring, and off-putting Being widely popular due to a gimmick does not mean it is quality comedy, and this example in particular is why the question is so important to ask.

social circles There inlies the problem with the dating dynamic in that the women you accosiate with have social circles to begin with. Women who have social circles have no use for dating apps to begin with (whether having no need, the stigma that is associated with them, ECT.) However, once you open that door, it is all downhill from there, at least in my experience entering my 30's. Every younger woman I got through a dating app had no/broken up social circle, or had zero interest in there ma…

This seems like a fuckin horrible idea OP High school ends when people are around ~17. Assuming people can't go to college/university till 25 (as someone has to pay for it), what do you expect people to do? They could work, however they'd be paying taxes without having a voice as to how those taxes are spent (in terms of their vote). Furthermore without an education, they would only be able to work low wage jobs, forcing them to live at home longer. This would fuck over everyone in the trades in…

Sounds like a 'murican problem. The age for alcohol, tobacco, gambling, cannabis is 18/19 for the rest of the developed world and we get along just fine.

Imo, don't word it as "free to meet up" Come up with an activity that you'd normally do anyways, even something simple as "Hey, i'm heading to the park on Saturday to hang out, care to join?" To me anyways, it sounds better and less pressure involved for picking dates/plans. After the first date, then maybe pick like a long term date for movies/dinner, ect. If someone thinks this is a dumb thought process, feel free to correct me.

Absolutely, though i'd still argue that most depressed people are the same way, going through the motions without getting any fulfillment. That being said, I would say, just from my own experiences and the interactions with RPers on here, that lack of purpose plays a big part as to why the community exists in the first place. Neuroplasticity and mindfulness is great until the illusion breaks. This also doesn't remove the fact that human interaction is a real need, and ignoring that to focus on t…

I would say only really far RP men are like that. I would say that many fall solely into the table of "men absolutely don’t care about things like income, career, etc." I have been called RP for some of my views on society flaws. Frankly I couldn't care less what a woman brings to the table, though doing something as a job/career would be nice.

It's not even just that though, it's exactly like you said, jobs not requiring a 4 year degree are looked at lesser for whatever reason. If you work as a tradesmen or an oil diller, you are looked down upon compared to someone who just leaves it at they have a bachelor's degree in whatever. Not that it isn't an accomplishment, and good on them for it, but for example, I was once asked if I dealt drugs or had a side hustle, since I "couldn't live the lifestyle that I do with just community colleg…

And that's the trap you need to avoid. Even in the real world and outside of anything pill related, avoiding the depression rut is simply a good life skill to have. Likewise, society assumes all depressed people look like what you described, which anyone with any experience with suicide knows, that can be the farthest from the truth for both genders. An unhappy person usually goes through the motion but doesn't get joy out of many interests. Exactly this, but going through the motions also inclu…

And there's NOTHING wrong with community college........ jobs that are looked at as lesser. Not to change direction, but that's a big societal problem in the west. I come from a community college and sit at the top 20% (Canada), meanwhile back in high school I have worked at walmart with people who had 4 year degrees. Even if you get a job in your field, the income some of these degrees provide is mindboggingly small, and why anyone in the west chooses to pursue these careers has never made sens…

Can one better their appearance? Grooming? Clothing? Hygiene? You think people who can't find happiness don't do this already? I would love if the world was so simple where the only people who couldn't get women were the stereotypical basement dweller. With the various skills you listed, id say goes along with my point of being able to change your wealth. With that said however, its not just unemployed/minimum wage basement dwellers who cant find women. the first step is to believe. This is a …

Either we're equal; or we are not. I don't hate women, but we are not equal. Men have advantages, and women have advantages. That doesn't mean we can't stand as equals overall. To pretend that men/women don't have flaws is absurd. The majority of women like certain things. If you attain these things, you'll increase your options. The only thing one can feasibly change is wealth. Apperance and (my personal flaw) confidence isn't something you can just obtain.

Dating apps play the largest role imo. Even if you are an average guy, you are in for a rough time. Well I think the technology is great, apps like Tinder largely come down to who can come up with a catchy one-liner. If you are someone like myself that finds pick-up lines odd (im looking for an LTR, not some one-night stand), you end up severely disadvantaged if you are looking to just get to know and talk to people. Should be a speed dating app where you are locked into a chatroom for 5-10 minu…

Calm down bro. Not religious, never said it wasn't natural. But let's be real, it comes nowhere close to the real thing, both during and the aftermath. A decrease in masterbation pleasure still sounds alot better than a decrease in overall sexual pleasure

no significant differences in sexual drive, erection, ejaculation, and ejaculation latency time between circumcised and uncircumcised men. IMO this is the only thing that really matters. If you are wanking it alone as a male, you are already not having a good time.

Oh absolutely, trying to get anything physical would be a complete undertaking. But to replicate an authentic long distance relationship through text and video, I think is 100% around the corner In terms of running it locally, might not even be a challenge with cloud computing advances. We have already seen huge jumps the past few years.

Women are individuals just like men. Can only speak for myself, but individually I have met amazing women that I could work with, talk intellectually with, and just overall "vibe" with. I have crossed many non-sexual paths with women who I wish nothing but the best and hope they are pursuing their dreams. Also met fucking terrible women that fully take advantage of society and men in the exact way the RP men describe, but again, individuality. Of course women are equals. Obviously men and women …

I actually had this thought the other day. I think form a hardware perspective we are decades off from anything physical. But AI wise id say within the next 5-10 years GPT-3 has made huge strides this year, and is close enough to even now, occasionally trick you into the thought of talking to a real person. Bad men are just confident men with bad morals. "Confirmation Bias" is when, after you make your first impression on a person, you will subconsciously ignore negative traits to help prove your initial impression. It's never a "girl loves a bad guys actions". It's girl meets a confident guy, and begins twisting his bad actions into something to help prove the first impression. You always hear "well he is actually really sweet and caring" or "he actually had a good reason to do what he did" or "he…

Cause I already said, there will be an imbalance. The medical data, the scientific data, and frankly from the way you talk about your boyfriend, you will be more attached to the bull than your bf. This will lead to relationship problems as you begin lacking in your part of the relationship. Better for everyone involved if you just end it and be single and live that lifestyle. TBH this whole situation sounds toxic as hell. It sounds to me the reason you are so open to it, is you are confident he …

https://www.vox.com/science-and-health/2018/4/23/17247932/love-sex-science-marriage-psychology-brain Dr. Helen Fisher states that casual sex leads to attachment, but really any understanding of dopamine can lead anyone to this conclusion. We grow attached to anything that causes an influx of dopamine (TV, drugs, gambling, ect.). Both sex and love are heavily entwined with the release of dopamine, so it's not hard to figure out that people become romantically infatuated with one another over casu…

Because it's just a terrible long term idea, and is really just a bandaid for an incompatible couple. This is backed by studies that show that up to 92% of poly relationships end up failing in the long term. Sex creates attachment for both sexes, and to pretend casual sex doesn't do that is just silly. If the person getting cucked is of lower value than the bull (both men and women), there will be inevitable (and medically proven) attraction towards the bull. This results in home needs not being…

You seem to be under the impression of generalizing all men as wanting plenty of partners, when that is far from the case. I would argue it's in the minority that do, and the majority of BP men don't. Every relationship I have been in I only had eyes for my girl. I have been a bull with 1 couple and it just felt uncomfortable for a number of reasons.

This is really difficult, because I feel like we agree a lot. I fully agree that women don't actively go out to find an asshole, or a narcissist. My stance (which it sounds like you have as well, correct me if I'm wrong) that women see the first impression of the successful, smart, confident, and put blinders up to the rest (this is called confirmation bias), not realizing till after the fact "oh, look at all the red flags". On Tinder, men absolutely are trying to find genuine connections. I'm s…

I didn't realize "bad boy" meant they HAD to have a criminal record, my bad I guess. You gonna tell me she didn't have other chiseled dudes at her door? Even after he cheated on her? I personally would have chose the musician or various football stars she was seeing. Now I need an ugly criminal as an example? Explain the hundreds of thousands of women on the internet showing off their sweet gamer dorks. I'm sure every gamer boy on reddit would love to hear you say that, and imo that is the correct way, your guy is extremely lucky to have you. But how about we explain: -Women view 80% of men as unattractive in some aspect on dating apps (For Tinder this is 95%) -Out of the all messages sent by men who passed the swipe, only 1% of them actually get a response -The number of 18 to 29-year-olds reporting…

you act like dudes are knocking down grandmas at the street corner and women’s panties getting wet. I never once made this claim (you sure have a habit of doing that). You are the one confusing being less-agreeable with just being straight up evil. Having the swagger of "I don't care about the law" is attractive. Person never actually had to commit a crime to carry that. But since we are on the topic of prisoners, lets take a look at Jeremy Meeks, a Crip member convicted of firearm possession an…

Where the fuck did you pull that out of TikTok relationships aren't real? I never said good men don't exist, nor that they are all single. But to base them off of what you see on TikTok? To pretend that you are going to have a relationship exactly like that, with no fights, with a flawless guy, is delusional. Old enough to not put words in your mouth

You don't need to be a dick to be less-agreeable, nor does it mean you don't value family. Appearing ambitious, charismatic, tough (not necessarily strong) are all signs of being less-agreeable, and are all traits women find appealing in men. Your entire second paragraph proved my point. You claim "most of us learned that quickly", but I disagree. Hindsight is 20/20, and its not until after the damage is done that you look back and go "huh, wonder why I didn't see that earlier". Their are 8 billion people in the world, and modern phycology has come up with......16 different personality types. Lol TikTok. Hate to give you this reality check, but TikTok life isn't real. I could get into a whole conversation about how toxic influencer life can be for someone who is confused and wants that life for themselves. You shouldn't base your life, income, or relationship off of TikTok. You can just look at how many of those "dream couples" end up breaking up after a year or 2. There are no special personality traits that "women" find attractive Based on what? I already gave my Sigmund Freud example, but here's another one; The Benjamin Franklin Effect. Part of the reason Benjamin Franklin was so popular wasn't because he was nice, quite the opposite actually. He came to the theory that asking agreeable people to do things for you will actually make them like you more, than if you had done something for them. This has been proven in numerous case studies that has to do…

Well I don't agree with some of the things men say here with regards to instinct and having no control, and things like "monogamy is a myth"; I don't think it's misogynistic to talk about that there are some personality traits that women find attractive, that poisons the well. That being less agreeable, more charismatic, and risk taking can blind someone from seeing that they are jobless, homeless, having a criminal record or just being a shitty human being. You can look at the numerous studies, the women here, or just women in general. It was women who coined the term "Hobosexual - to date a man who is homeless and jobless". Being "nice" or "bad" all comes down to agreeableness. Generally, the less agreeable someone is, the more charismatic and risk taking one becomes. Globally, agreeableness is seen as an unattractive trait in men, and I have seen women here who have said they find it unattractive when a guy is too agreeable. I would argue that th…

But that IS all we are though. All of our thought processes are controlled by the brain, and all the brain is, is an organ affected by hormones. You really going to tell me you never dated someone "bad", who all your friends pointed out the red flags, and afterwards asked yourself "What was I thinking" or "I really should have seen that from the start". Makes sense. 56% of relationships end shortly after moving in together, partially because of one another's living habits, but also people I think just want to be left alone sometimes and the living dynamic doesn't know how to handle that. This has really been around forever, with the concept of the Man-Cave, just in a more extreme case.

I think for a lot of people, the only problem is breaking the ice with the first conversation. Conversing with people is easy, but as for the approach, you can just look to Reddit to see posts about women complaining about being approached at the gym, street, even bars are becoming tabboo to approach women nowadays. Apps like Tinder make the problem worse, since someone has already determined if you are worth their time regardless of how the first interaction goes. This is why I took up smoking …

Count shouldn't matter, especially if they/you are at the point of marrying you/them. At that point you should be able to talk and joke about it like adults. Talk about your worst times and enjoy the trama bonding. "you are really cool, and we get along to the point I wanna spend my life with you. Unfortunate that you rode too much dick/explored too many women"
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/22 08:12 PM

M27, N-count of 10 I guess Unpopular take, but I wish mine was lower. I'm someone who prefers and chases after the emotional bond over meaningless sex (which on some levels doesn't make sense to me to begin with). Really only deeply cared about 2 or 3 of them. Which is why N-count shouldn't matter anyways. I was happier fucking a girl (for free) that I was very close with that was a prostitute, than some of the girls I been with. IMO anyone that actually cares is just insecure.

This has been super interesting. In Canada, common law kicks in after living together for 2 years, and comes with all the perks of being married, just less messy if you decide it isn't working out.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/22 09:34 PM

But you could get that with common law, and save a few thousand. Marriage lost its life long commitment status with the concept of divorce. That really only applies if you believe in religion. As a guy, I fully respect / want all of those qualities that you mentioned, but the cost, combined with the no-guarantee of those things makes it pointless imo.
