The entire culture of this sub is about self improvement, once you create a life you love for yourself others will love it also. This is terrible advice.

You're not a salesman. Just that hot, confident guy who walked into the place. Also it turns out that you happened to have a second to stop and talk to her to find out what she's like. If she's interesting, you stay and find out more about her, see if the two of you share anything together and everything will just fall into place on its own. If she's not interesting however, you say "Nice having met you." And find someone who is. So yes. I and the rest of this community approach girls. We do not…

When he says that intimacy isn't a transaction, he's not saying there are no exchanges. Sure, we exchange a lot of things. But we don't do it in a conscious manner. The only reason we should be with another person is because we enjoy their company and find them interesting. Not because we have exchanges to make.

Try and "sell yourself" to the next woman you find attractive and see where you get. YOU are the buyer. YOU are high value. SHE must sell to YOU.

Another thing I've noticed is that girls will basically be "going through the motions" of a conversation waiting for us to make a move, or in your case of a text convo, wanting you to escalate by asking something deeper or maybe sexualizing things. A college graduate probably has acquired a bit of intellect over her years. Or they could just be stupid. You never know.

A lot of that probably has to do with maturity. I'm 17 and the girls I talk to are like this. Not sure how old you are but that could be a factor if you're young.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
