A little bit more information We are doing a 7030 custody split, we came to that with the thought it would give me a little bit of space to figure my own shit out. She fully acknowledges that the house is mine hence her willingness to move out. 1	Need a Sounding board Yes 70/30 custody, with the goal to work to 50-50, I have things I need to work on, part of why we thought this would work as it would give me a little bit more space to get my shit together basically. The“estate” would consist solely of the house, which technically doesn’t belong to either of us, she has a small retirement account.
