| 1 | The only oneitis in your life should be lifting.I agree with some aspects of this, I remember when I first started lifting weights six years ago when I was 20. I had lived more or less a sedentary life up to that point, and obviously I had wanted to change that. Lifting gave me a lot of positive things, confidence, determination, discipline, but it doesn't fix everything.
