Thing is, she was fine at texting BEFORE we went out.

She was fine before we went out, then after the date it all completely changed. She has her read notifications on, I can see she hasn’t even opened the message.

I guess doesn’t hurt to try. I’m gonna let the conversation die, maybe give it a few days then I’ll try calling. Maybe i just have too much pride but there’s something that just bothers me about trying to rekindle things with someone who’s shown basically no interest.

Do you feel that there’s a way to repair it or should I just move on?

No truthfully I haven’t. Her responses have been indicative of someone with very little to no interest and I don’t want to chase her.

Don’t be sorry. I had the same thoughts but it’s good to hear it from someone else. Onwards and upwards

Isn’t their entire dating strategy predicated on finding men like Dicaprio? And they’re angry that a man as successful and wealthy as him doesn’t want to date an overweight 34 year old single mother with hairy armpits, 14 cats and a boxed wine subscription. Make it make sense

She’s got 17 cats and a boxed wine subscription, that’s about it really.

In the wise words of Bill Burr, they look at equality like a buffet. I’ll have all the shit that benefits me, and everything else is yucky.

Totally fair, you’re allowed to have an opinion. I just don’t think it’s fair that men who do care get shunned from having an opinion, especially when they themselves aren’t sleeping around with just about anybody

If body counts didn’t matter, why did she have to lie to him about her body count in the first place?

These people are mentally ill. This is not normal behaviour, I hope they seek therapy.

I shared this on my Instagram story and had 6 people (all women) unfollow me lmao.

Same. It’s horrible having to walk on egg shells just to keep the other person happy at all times

I was chatting with this girl on tinder a little while ago. I finally asked for her phone number, and she replies back with a “how tall are you?” “6’1, how much do you weight?” I replied. She unmatched me a minute later.

If I’m expected to be the bread winner, pay your bills and buy you gifts, you better do some work. Cook, clean, look after the children. Nobody wants a freeloader

I got into it with a woman on Twitter who argued that gifts are her love language. I don’t think she fully grasps the concept of love languages, it’s not what you receive, it’s what you give that shows your affection towards the other person. Seems like modern women are only interested in relationships if the other person will pay their bills and buy them expensive presents while they do nothing to warrant these things.

Traditions. The tradition of taking on your husbands last name is no longer seen as an expectation. However there is STILL an expectation for a man to pay ridiculous amounts of money for a wedding ring

I’m quite surprised by the amount of people that voted yes. People would argue that it’s old, traditional and somewhat archaic but the same logic doesn’t apply to wedding rings. Men are still expected to spend 5 figures on a diamond that caters to a woman’s desires. Most women wouldn’t even entertain the idea of a marriage unless they get a shiny rock that some poor 5 year old child in Africa had to slave away for.

I’ve never ONCE seen a woman post about men’s issues like our higher rates of suicide, we live 7 years less on average, we are more likely to be victims of violent crimes. We have our own problems to worry about.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
