5	False rape accusation. Scott Espinosa spent 19 months in jail. His accuser, 22 year old Leslie Peterson is a drug addict, prostitute and single mother of 3 (no custody). Scott let her stay in his house as she told him that she was homeless. Scott's mother killed herself because of this ordeal.
