I agree totally with this. Was banned from MGTOW after I brought up something similar a couple years back. I want this to be a good place.

Same. It actually feels nice to be hit on that much for a change. Flattering, but it won't go anywhere because it's not my ball field.

I guess if I was getting compliments, cat called and hit on a bunch each day I might find it annoying, but as a straight man it almost never happens. If it happens once a year, it makes my day.

Lol. This comment made me spit out my coffee. Like "uhhh am I the only one here to actually pee?"

I'm not going even the slightest bit surprised.

Just the standard go to, nothing to see here. Or "how did he get beat up by a little girl?"

What could possibly be construed as "sexual" from a nine year old's note?

Living off the grid, being self sufficient and NEVER reading the news again is my dream.

I've had this exact situation happen before. Had severe anxiety pop up for no reason. He suggests I switch jobs. I love my job.

I wish i could comment on the article without it being deleted. Like I appreciate her opinion and wanting to express herself, but what a fucking broken moron.

Well she'll probably found out the truth too late anyway.

Since she was his Guardian while he is in the country, him being at the age of consent wouldn't matter, like if a teacher has sex with a student. She had power over him. What don't you agree with concerning the age of consent exactly?

Yeah the more I talk about this to people the more I realize that the negatives that men faced are just seen as the norm. It gives me a gut wrenching sadness because it seems like most peoples minds are poisoned into thinking that being about Mens right makes you against women's rights. I cant seem to find a middle ground with these people.

I guess it's bad for business to be anti PC and just stand your ground. It's not sexist for her to clean it up, she works there. The response to this whole ordeal(/s) is the real inequality.

Is age of consent relevant for this article since he stated he told her to stop?

I didn’t meet one of them who believed in the presumption of innocence. It was all “how can we get more rape convictions.” This is the kind of stuff that keeps me up at night. My SO asked jokingly "why are you so concerned, were you accused of rape before?" "no it's because I'm a man, this shit makes me terrified"

exactly. I was born a man and identify as a man... didn't know I needed to label it.

I upvoted the comment, but I feel terrible that such a thing happened and really seems to continue happening.

I talked to my SO about this recently and she looked at me like I was a monster. I said "I would never pick a fight with someone way bigger than me and then be surprised when I got my ass handed to me"

I've run into people like this and after they respond i'm just flabbergast. Like "Do you realize what you just said?" "think about it" ...... still nothing, unbelievable. facepalm

"requests to get drinks after work, the flirtatious emails, his asking one of them to sit next to him during a meeting" are you friggin' kidding me, keeps getting more ridiculous what is considered "sexual harassment"

Hopefully something good. Mostly it's that i'm trying to get a back and forth with her. No debate, just shut down.

I wonder though if someone was legit raped and made and accusation, bit ultimately there wasn't enough evidence to convict. Could the victim be charged with a false rape accusation?

"....video taped it the same people would be up in arms". Hell, they would probably just try to kill the man if the roles were reversed.

this is all pretty terrifying. I'm going back to school in the fall and plan just to avoid women until I'm done. This is the corner men are being pushed into

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
