Most bitches want that short term gratification. Girls come and go, work is more important... I cut a date short once cause I promised my homie wed trained early in the am for his upcoming fight...She was also complaining about getting to see me only once a week. lol

Lmao respect in that I leave people the fuck alone and let them be. If someone wants to serve in the armed forces idgaf as long as it don't affect me...Maybe you're still in the anger phase if u be stressing the choices of others.

I respect everyone regardless of career choice . But they are not fighting for me... They are fighting for the many benefits one gets from joining the armed forces like citizenship, gi bill etc. Especially in the United States Armed Forces they are definitely not out there doing the Lords' work either.

If people want to die for the state let them. Who cares if its men, women, or both being given the option to be the meat in the grinder of the military industrial complex? As long the government doesn't come trying to draft me or forcibly conscript me I don't give a fuck who wants to go die in some third world shit hole.

Fertilizers, GMOs, and other farming methods have been in use for decades. Lastly,You make your own food choices bud. read nutrition labels, read articles on fitness and nutrition, learn how to meal prep. "The reason I can't get in shape is cause of the big bad food industry".

I think people's lifestyles are too varied to make generalized statements. I switched over too smoking weed a long time ago because of all the calories in alcohol. However for my birthday 2 weeks ago I got absolutely shitfaced of both lol. Really I only drink if it is a holiday or a friends birthday ( so at most once a month) anyways the point us "puritans" are trying to make is that alcohol, especially beer, is very unhealthy. It has on average approximately 13 grams of carbohydrates. Pair that…

Damn, see I recently joined the work force and I am having problems because of this. All through out my life shit was easy for me. High school, even college I managed to breeze through without much effort and even graduated Cum Laude. Now that I am actually working, my job is p easy, the hardest part for me is putting in the effort.

Yeah my point is that reading is good but nothing beats actually approaching a girl.

The only thing that will make u fluent in seduction is actually going to bars and talking to girls.

I disagree. I don't know if you have ever been inside an MMA school but most reputable gyms will have both reputable grappling programs (usually BJJ) and a reputable striking program (usually Muay Thai or Kickboxing). They both train different areas of your game so I don't think that phrase applies. If anything it makes you a better fighter because you will know what to do once a fight goes to ground. as someone who only trains muay thai/ dutch kickboxing, I'd probably panic if I were fighting a…

I agree with the accent. I was born in the U.S. but I learned Spanish first so I pronounce certain words with a little bit of an accent. This leads to girls asking me where I am from, and I just tell them I am from Peru, as opposed to being " oh i'm from new York" lol.

I currently train Muay Thai after lifting for 2 years. While lifting got me big, Muay Thai has given that cut look, abs, and that v shape below the abs. Had my first fight two weeks ago too! I am thinking of cross training Kyokushin Karate with Muay Thai down the line. I know I should work on my ground game but I really love striking.

Glad to see y'all promoting martial arts along with lifting !

haha I think it definitely helps, but I recently had my first Muay Thai fight and I got Tkoed in the first round in front of a hundred people. Very embarrassing. However, there was a girl from my school there with her BF and I still managed to get her number and set something up.

I did it for two years and made serious gains and strength but I guess I prefer Muay Thai because at he gym you have team mates and learn skills to fight. In regards to women, they think its pretty bad ass, and apart from hitting pads, bags, and sparring Muay Thai gyms also place a big emphasis on cardio, calisthenics and conditioning. So while when I was lifting weights I was bulkier, doing Muay Thai has leaned me out and I definitely look more muscular now.

I did the same with the gym. Lifting weights is boring and very isolated. I signed up for a muay thai gym and I'm starting to get abs and all the works. Also have a fight coming up soon so its something interesting to talk about.

Tbh practice makes perfect. Just have a good sense of humor about things, but at the end of the day who cares if a certain nigga dont like you, dont wanna be your friend or thinks you’re weird?

Yeah it teaches kids to defend themselves and be assertive. One of my earliest memories is biting one of my playground bullies on my neck and “fighting”. Thankfully my mother had my back

Hank Moody is annoying as hell. He can get laid anytime he wants but "oh no my average looking wife and annoying kid hate me". Also his best friend is literally a Cuck.

everyone at my school was drooling over that show. I thought it was hella gay especially after seeing the trailers, and how it's about "bullying".

Just avoid TV? Once i swallowed the Red Pill i realized part of the reason i acted Beta was because of the social conditioning that occurred as a result of all the movies/tv shows I watched that had Beta Male protagonists. Just watch documentaries/non fiction or classic films/works of art.

Meditate, Force yourself to be entirely present. Eckhart Tolle has a good book about this called the power of now. Also sports, I play soccer and Muay Thai. When someone is throwing roundhouse kicks at you or putting in a tackle your problems and worries kinda just disappear.

not super into weightlifting after having lifted for 2 years straight. However, I have been training Muay Thai consistently for the past 3 months at least 3 times a week (might have my first smoker soon) and also jamming on my bass daily , smoking less weed/drinking a lot less, reading daily , doing yoga and meditating daily . Keep pushing yourself lads.

Find productive forms of escapism. Recently got into making beats and it feels like a video game, except that even if I do spend 5 hours on a song I have something to show for it unlike an actual video game.

so get into production. I play bass but also make beats and bitches love that shit. :)

This is why I stopped listening to a lot of rock. Too much whinyness about girls, and slowly moved to a lot of reggaeton, hip-hop etc. which is a lot more rp and doesn't promote beta values. Noticed a big change in my demeanor and my luck with chicks.

I like this. Can sense the strong stoic influence and what Seneca,Aurelius, and co discuss as good qualities of a man.

Agreed. Used to smoke weed and be lazy all day until one day I signed up for the gym and never looked back tbh. I love seeing the little progress day by day. Looking good is just the icing on the cake.
