America is to blame for Canada's problems? And when women get drunk and do dumb things, is that men's fault? I hope you see the fault in that logic...

Why in the world are you so interested in American politics as a Canadian? Listen I agree with you about what the democratic party did to the likes of bernie sanders and to a much lesser extent RFK. However, Bernie isn't a Democrat but caucuses with them. The democrats have their owns problems but they didn't write a manifesto about how they were going to institute fascism in 2025, but Republicans did. These aren't simple issues where we can say "oh we will just have to agree to disagree."

I was referring to Ted Cruz who was on his way to cancun while Texans were freezing in Texas. I thought it was obvious. Maybe not...

Republicans can't win without trying to rig elections with gerrymandering and other voters' disenfranchisement policies. And whereas I believe that men have issues, Trump is a symptom of all that is wrong with the Republicans and the greatest evil of our time. I get why young men are mad, and I want to help them, but we are talking about the end of democracy as we know it. My fellow brethren, you understand that, right? I want greater help for men's issues (e.g. the suicide epidemic; the higher …

He didn't misuse it. Again he only knows what he's been told. If you went to your lawyer and said that your wife abused you and the children, I would hope they'd believe you and do the same thing. But judges know this stuff is usually conflated bullshit and that will work in your favor. Be calm and respectful. Let her out herself with the help of your attorney

A few things: her attorney isn't a scumbag. This is a job for him and he had no other information other than what he had been provided by your wife. Same with the judge. Orders of protection are done ex parte for a very short period of time before your wife would have to serve you and you get your chance to talk in court to minimize the effects of lies and the havoc they would cause to your life but yes it is a balance.

"However, it is unlikely that, even if this charge is pursued, Heard will face any prison time." Please stop posting this kind of overblown rhetorical clickbait.

Still doesn't hold. If the majority believe something hard enough it doesn't make it so. The commonly held view of racism, according to Wikipedia, is as you've quoted but that doesn't make it right....like slavery.

And yet, slavery was still wrong when the majority believed otherwise. Your logic is faulty.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
