Your mental health would improve if you just ignore people like this. And if everyone ignored people like this, then they would just die out in obscurity.

These days, women are succeeding more than men in many categories. They go to college more. And with more college, it means they make more money. And since we live in the safest era of human kind, men aren't really needed for protection, you can just buy a glock and learn how to use it. For sex, a woman can just hook up or get toys to keep herself occupied. All the things men were typically needed for 100yrs ago by women are more or less gone. Short of wanting a traditional family with kids, wom…

I'd love to be a house husband. So long as our standard of living didn't change and my wife still loves/respects me the same way. I legitimately don't understand how people view being a house parent as slavery. It's an important role to raise your own children and really, it's not hard. Cleaning isn't fun, sure but it is not hard. Cooking "can" be hard, if you're making complex meals. Most of the time you're not making anything crazy though, so it's pretty easy. Give my gf a 200k/yr job (or bett…

This... isn't really even on the radar for things to nit pick about. Nothing is stopping a man from choosing to wear make up. Celebrity men wear make up all the time before they go on a live stage in front of people. Is it common for men to wear make up? No. But it is an option.

Oh, I'm aware. Doesn't change my statement at all, however. Why be with a woman who doesn't actually want you or respect you? Or man, if you're into men. Same thing to me.

Not worth staying with a woman like that. I'd rather be single than be with someone who doesn't actually want me or respect me.

There are a lot of reasons. But IMO, the biggest reason is that we don't really have a purpose. We have no real direction in life. You're just told to go "be a man" in the most vaguest sense possible. Meanwhile, women get talked up and put on pedestals their entire lives, men get stepped on in society, are told they are disposable their entire lives and we have to somehow figure out what "being a man" means as adults. It used to be that a boy would go out, get a job, make enough to support a fam…

A simple rule that helps you get by in life: "Don't listen to idiots," Once someone proves to you that they are stupid about something, like putting all women on a pedestal and men, should all be killed? Naw, whatever else they have to say at that time is ignorance. Maybe they start decoding the stock market and what it will do tomorrow exactly. It doesn't matter to me, I stopped listening once they started spouting nonsense. Try again later, maybe tomorrow. It makes life much easier. Respect sh…

Love it when they suddenly NEED a man when they themselves don't want to put themselves in danger for their own children. "Ma'am, that's your child, your responsibility. I am not sacrificing myself for your sake."

Personal opinion, and I've been saying this since my last divorce 14yrs ago. Where she literally left the country because she would have had to pay me alimony. Outside of a religious belief? There is basically zero benefit to a man getting married.

What I don't understand is; If he can afford 40k a month in child support, why doesn't he just keep the kids? It would be cheaper to just hire a group of 24/7 nannies to take care of the kids when he's not around.

Date women long term. Never get married. You don't need to be married to be committed to someone. If you live in a state with common law marriage, move. Or just don't live with them.

To each their own really. Your body count thing is a preference, and that's perfectly fine. My body count is astronomical, so I try not to be a hypocrite. That said, I have met women who make me arch an eyebrow when they tell me their body count and it is unattractive. End of the day though, I care less about body count than how a woman treats me. If she treats me well, is loyal and I get the sex I want? I'm generally happy with that. Thing is, though, I also know that high body counts in women …

Looks will get a man. It's everything else that will make him stay. Your BMI sounds high to me, but I'm also very athletic and date women who maintain a similar lifestyle. So I am very biased in this specific category. Many men would likely find you fine. That said, if you want long-term commitment and a family, getting in the door is only the first step. What do you want from a man? What can you offer a man? If you can clearly answer those two things and they are even remotely equitable, then y…

Like I said man. If a woman doesn't make your life better, why do you want them at all? I've been to 22 different countries. Modern western women overall have massive ego's and do not treat men well in general. When I was in Thailand, Greece, or in many places in Europe? Women I barely knew, were making me feel like I should move there right away. Treated like a king even though they knew I was only there for a short while. Maybe it was just due to being there a short while itself. But little by…

My statement is correct in terms of dating, specifically. Society absolutely needs men. The entire world would collapse if men just magically disappeared. Infrastructure is dominated by approximately 95% men. This percentage will vary slightly by specific jobs. Power grid systems? Also 95% men. Take away men and within 3 days, there would be no power in most of the 1st world country. That is not to say, there are zero women who could live in the boonies with a shotgun. And I have zero clue what …

More or less yes to all of that. I don't need a woman at all. I can cook better than most women I've dated. I keep my own house clean, and I do my own laundry. My dog keeps me company. And if I want sex, that's easy to get. Unless a woman makes my life better? There is zero reason for me to date her past the first few interview dates." I'm no "chad" either. I'm a 5'7 guy who is successful and takes care of himself. That's all men need to do in general, be successful, be interesting, and take car…

The big problem, in my opinion, is that women always want to date up. Women have been succeeding in the workforce and don't actually need men to protect or provide for them. They can get a glock to protect themselves, and they make as much if not more money than men do. However, they still want a man to be traditional when it comes to dating and relationships. They want a man to pay for everything and take a bullet for them should the need arise. So, if a woman is making 100k a year, she wants h…

This sounds like you need therapy and to be single for a while. First, why be with someone you aren't happy with. Second, why are you suddenly annoyed all the time? Third, you bought a ring, that's kind of a good sign. And then you regret it immensely after. Any of those reasons alone are enough to break up. Why are you trying to force yourself when you are clearly unhappy?

The main drawback of trying to start a family in your 30s is fertility. At 35 women become medically high risk pregnancies. And their fertility rate drops dramatically compared to their 20's. At 40, most women are at about 1% of what they were at their prime. Do some women still have kids in their 40's? Yes, but they are the exception, not the norm. If you start dating at 30, let's assume you date a man for 2 years before you decide "this is the one" to have kids with. Well, now you'll be close …

I personally hate being offered something and then having it taken away. But neither of you sound happy here. So, why did you get married again? Either try to fix this or divorce and move on. God as a priority is fine, but it doesn't sound like either of you are making each other a priority in life. And that never works either.

Happens if you have female friends and they like you. Also assumes they have female friends as well, some don't. That said, sure I've had women suggested I don't find attractive but I've also had attractive ones sent my way. Some worked out, some haven't. Your social circle will help you in life with dating and things other than dating as well.

When dating apps first came out, it was the express train to get laid. I was exclusively doing cold approach before tinder and even after but tinder changed the game. I would use tinder and get laid that night or at worst, that weekend. Between deployments and seeing someone exclusive I stopped using tinder for a long time. Well, you're answering your own question in your own post. You weren't particularly funny or interesting. Just barely interesting enough to get a number. And you're crying because these women will date someone they know but not you, despite being a "better looking, funnier guy?" Better looking and funnier in your opinion. You don't set your value in the dating market. Your target audience does. Just like any market. If no one is willing to buy your service or product, it's worthless.

Do, one of them referenced Claudia Goldin, who is an economist that won the Nobel prize for diving into the whole wage gap issue. A female economist won the Nobel prize for effectively disproving that a wage gap exists. That said, it’s been disproven time and time again. What tends to happen, is they will group job sets together, such as “women in the medical field” vs “men in the medical field” and then they will compare yearly salaries from both sides then go “see? The men make more!” But what…

More, actually. Less than 20% of men worldwide are over 6' tall. In America I believe the figure is roughly 14% of men being over 6' or maybe 17%. And then add onto the fact they want men who make six figures and that total drops down to under 3% of the male population. And then halve that because half of those men are married. And then even less than that because they also don't want to be with a fat man (and obesity in America is crazy high by percentage for both men and women). So, their actu…

Cold approach is hard. Minor thing that might help: 1 - do not directly approach a woman. And especially do not approach her from the rear. First case is you set off a defensive reaction, in the second case, you set off a fear reaction. Try approaching from a forward angle where you can be seen but not be seen as aggressive. 2 - Practice smiling and opening in a mirror. Or record yourself on video so you can see what you look like and sound like. 3 - Out of 100 approaches, at my best, I might ge…

End of the day. You like what you like. If you don't like him, then there's no point in continuing. Any man would prefer being with a woman who is head over heels him, than merely being "ok" with him. So, don't just "settle" for him, for both your sakes.

If he wants a prenup made, it should be a “yours. Mine. Ours” prenup. Where you would each keep the things you’ve had before marriage separated. But anything AFTER marriage, would be a joint thing. Yes, he’s earning the money but you would literally be raising his kids and doing your duty as a housewife. That’s the entire point. If he can’t accept that? Move on imo. Find a better man.

I don’t think I’ve had a match with any “woman” that isn’t a bot or someone fishing for OF subscribers. That said? I just meet women in person and have a very high chance of success that way. Women lie about what they want all the time. They’ll say they want “dad bods” but what they’ll actually go for are the gym bros or male strippers because they are hot. What they will actually mean, is they want to find the guy who is fit and sexy, then turn them into a dad bod so they stay with them long term. If you want women to be more often than not physically attracted to you? Get in the gym and get into shape. That doesn’t mean become a body builder, but the vast majority of women enjoy a …

Well, given that colleges are roughly 60% female enrollment and almost 70% female graduations, eventually, women will be making more money than men on average. In theory, divorce alimony payouts will start to shift more and more from women to men. And if you ask me? Good.

Maximize your looks. Make more than enough money to support yourself. Just don’t throw it around to try and impress anyone. Get comfortable talking to anyone, anywhere about most anything. Set goals that you actually care about in life and aim for them. Start going places where you can socialize and make friends/connections. Be fun and interesting. Being short sucks, but it’s far from the “deal breaker” everyone likes to preach it is.

Expecting a random stranger to sacrifice themselves for your sake is entitlement. Don’t buy in. If your loved one is in danger? Go all out. For some random person? Doesn’t matter if it’s a man or woman. Naw, not my problem. I MIGHT go help them out after the danger is over, maybe, if I FEEL like it. No one is entitled to you risking your life for theirs. You can CHOOSE who you do that for.

I’d get laid basically every week if I wanted. Sometimes the same night/day. Today, women don’t expect men to cold approach. Some people want “a thing” to point and blame all their problems on. Thats what the blackpill gives them. Rather than improving themselves, which takes work. They rather take the easy way and blame society for their lack of success. Thats what the black pill does. It gives men this idea that if you’re not born genetically gifted and into a wealthy family, you’ll never get the things you want. The black pill view is nonsense overall. To summarize black pill BS? “If you’re not, in the top 10% of looks, 6’+ tall, make 6 or 7 figures a year, and have a 6+” dick AND 6 pack abs? You have absolutely no chance at getting a girlfriend or a wife, ever. You’re a loser and there’s nothing you can do about it.” Absolutely garbage. Red pill stuff, at least leans into evolutionary psychology and talks A LOT about self improvement for men. Sometimes yes, it can be toxic. But most of it is not.

To be fair, blackpill stuff is just pure nonsense. Redpill stuff is alright by sometimes goes too far in the whole “woman bad” scheme of things. That said, people think because men want more social support, we’re saying “take it away from women”. Or they just don’t care about men getting support at all and would rather see more men homeless on the street so they can turn their noses up at them.

As a guy with multiple girlfriends living with him, it's never been an issue for me. I wouldn't marry anyways because I have too much to lose if I got divorced. Being polyamorous is actually somewhat of a defense, because even though my state does not have 'common law marriage', if any of my girlfriends tried to go that route, they'd have to somehow prove that our relationship was exclusive enough to constitute a legal 'marriage'. This is why you don’t get married, men. And avoid living in states with common law marriage. If you’re outside the U.S., look at your own local laws on common law marriage and adjust accordingly. You should be with someone you love and can trust. However, you also need to understand and prepare for them changing once time passes. Even you as a man can change, but stick to your word until they make it impossible to.

I think it’s a matter of perspective on whether or not the movie was a “mistake”. If I turned my brain off, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Had to watch it twice to enjoy it the second time. The first watch through however, I basically had to break out a notepad and pen to take down notes. As long as you’re willing to take the risk and keep trying if you fail. You can always improve. My first business was set up to sign the lease for the building the week that Covid lockdowns happened. I had a storage unit just full of equipment ready to be moved in and started working on a “Micro Greens” business where I had already spoken to a few restaurants and local co-ops with fresh greens in a few months. Business failed before I even opened due to reasons outside of my control. Second one,…

I didn’t have a degree until about 6 months ago. I was making six figures before that. Working with my hands mostly, doing industrial maintenance. Think large generators and hvac systems. AI is going to kill a lot of jobs, but some things it won’t be able to kill for a long time still is maintenance and engineering (at least, I’m hoping not. Fuck if I know what happens in the next 5-10yrs, that’s why I bought nvidia stock).

It’s all just work man. I’m a 5, maybe 6 on a regular basis. 5’7 and I dress like a mechanic (or a bum as some of my female friends have told me). Getting a date is easy, finding a quality woman, is not. Work on your social skills, get your finances in order and keep yourself in the best shape you can maintain (getting a 6 pack is grueling, but it’s also grueling trying to keep it). It will come if you work hard enough for it.

Don’t listen to stupid people. If I had to choose between being stuck with a woman or a bear in the woods? I’d pick the bear too, because most women would be useless in the woods. Just dead weight. They’d play the victim and expect me to keep them fed and alive. Then if we did get out, she’d claim to be the hero of the story while literally carrying me on her back the entire way. Maybe even sprinkle in an accusation of SA for flavor. Meanwhile, the bear is going to go purely off natural instinct…

Women don’t want to self improve. That’s fine, let them think just existing is enough. Let them fall to the wayside. Men, have to improve if they want to get better in life. If they don’t? Fine, let them fall to the wayside. Every game has winners and losers. And life is just one big game. It’s hard to live well, but if you can do it, generally speaking, you have the choices to take what you want within the means you create.

Just as a counter point. Anything’s value is determined by the buyer. This goes for almost anything; Real estate, cars and including men & women. If you think you’re worth X and no one is willing to give you what you think you’re worth, then you’re not worth that X amount. Many women are delusional thinking they are 10s when they’re 5s at best. Same goes for men.

Dating apps came into play in 2012. At first? It was just a hook up app. And it worked for everyone. Over time, other apps came out and the numbers skewed hard in favor of women. So, the women got pickier and feminism told them to go even harder.

So, while I somewhat agree with this statement. There are also plenty of men who fuck up the whole prospect of men and women being friends. I’ve had many female friends, who try to make male friends. And almost all those “male friends” just want to get into their pants. Annoyingly so. Which drives a huge wedge into the whole thing. And after a while, almost all of them have given up on having made friends.

This is incel logic to cope at how you have nothing to offer women but your wallet. And I bet even that is not impressive. I’ve dated women while I was flat broke and when I’m uber successful. This to me sounds like the pendulum swinging in the other direction. For much of the last few decades, boys were highly preferred. China is a big example of the disparity in preference between boys and girls with their “1 child policy” (which has also blown up in their face. Just look at how they literally have to import women for marriage). So, it kind of makes sense to me to want more girls now. If a man has sex with a woman, he has as much responsibility as she does for bringing life into this world. Even if he did not want the child. It’s still 50% his responsibility. Regardless of his “wishes”. Women control if the child is born or not because they have the womb. You… really have no clue how much child support is do you? First off, it varies by state. Second off, it varies by income. A basketball player who makes millions of dollars a year would pay something like 10k a month per kid. That’s insane, sure, but a fraction of his income. A truck driver who makes 90k a year, would pay roughly 500 per kid a month. Depending on the state, some would be more, some less. And in some states, that number goes down the more kids he pays for. Then don’t get married. And that is a gross misrepresentation of facts. MOST kids are not born through deception. Some? Sure. I don’t have stats on hand to argue for either direction, but I’d be willing to bet if some big study came out saying: “More than 50% of children born today are through women deceiving men.” Then I would confidently believe that some laws would change, real quick.

Again, speaking in generalities. Because covering every niche thing, like your kids being stolen, for any reason, would take forever. Sometimes, you can do every thing right and still get fucked. You’re trying to give legal advice (on prenuptial agreements) and clearly, you are not a lawyer. Because that’s not how those work. A prenup that effectively goes, “if we divorce, you get nothing”, would easily be thrown out of court by most any judge. If you don’t want to pay alimony, get married in a state that doesn’t do alimony. Iirc, Texas requires for a married couple to have been together 10yrs before any alimony is due at divorce. That said, child support should absolutely be paid out to…

There’s a saying that goes: “Common sense is not common”. Also, some guys really do be needing to get out of their mom’s basement. Both literally and figuratively. Being a chad will get you into the door. Will even get you laid. It’s “everything else” that will make women want you in general.

I don’t see what’s the issue here. Everything you said just seems like common sense. Sure, maxing out your looks is good and everyone should do it, for many reasons. Thing is, looks just gets you someone’s attention. It’s “everything else” that will keep them longer than a few minutes or overnight. Unless that’s the goal on purpose. I would even argue, social skills are more important than looks. I’ve gotten laid plenty off just my social skills and being slightly over weight with an average app…

Can? Sure. Your chances are like winning the lottery. Keep trying and maybe you will some day. Really though, women don’t date down in general. So, if you’re average looking, you better be rich, fit, be famous and/or have some kind of status and/or influence.

Well, you should have wore a condom even if she said she couldn’t get pregnant. Time to be a man if you’re going to get a woman pregnant. Get a DNA test done when the baby is born before you sign anything. If it’s yours, then do what you know is right. Maybe raise your kid to use protection until they’re ready to be parents.

I have a bachelors that took almost 9yrs to finish because I started off trying to become a veterinarian first. Then took a year off during covid. Still not a feminist. Electrical engineering program never really talked about anything outside of the formulas and class stuff required. College campus is definitely “woke”, but a lot of the more intense programs are too busy to add in bullshit like feminism.

Meh, fuck em. Ask them a few simple questions: “If I ask someone if they are liberal or conservative, and they answer in a way I don’t want to date, does that make me a bigot?” “If I ask someone their beliefs on religion and they answer in a way not compatible with my own beliefs, does that make me a bigot?” If they say yes to either, they’re idiots and deserve no more of your time. If they go on to say “but being trans isn’t a choice”, they may be right, but it’s still your choice and preferenc…

So, it’s a woman’s responsibility to keep a man from getting her pregnant? Y’all don’t want to get baby trapped, but you’re expecting women to use BC with zero responsibility yourself? Get real my guy. If you get a woman pregnant and you did nothing to prevent it, that’s your fault. You let yourself get played, enjoy the next 18yrs of child support you could have prevented with a little bit of rubber.

Wait…. You’re mad because someone is telling men to use condoms? Because it “ruins sex” for you? Grow the hell up. Yes, there are a bunch of contraceptive options for women. Men have basically 1. Men love to go raw and then act all surprised when a woman ends up pregnant and they’re on the hook for child support. Again, grow the hell up.

Also, the entire point of bodily autonomy is having control of what happens to your body. What grows inside of it. What goes inside of it. What is taken out. That goes for both men and women. Men do not want the government just reaching into men’s balls and tying their tubes so they can’t procreate unless they pay a fee or some such thing right? Women have a right to choose what grows inside their body or what does not. Call it murder or otherwise. A woman gets to choose if something grows insid…

Based off everything explained in OP’s post. I’d be willing to bet, it’s not even his kid. Might be someone else’s, maybe she’s never been pregnant at all. If a man wants to force a fetus to term, have it taken out of the woman and implanted into himself. If you don’t have bodily autonomy and the rights over what happens to your own body, then you fundamentally have no rights at all. That’s the rights women have over what does or doesn’t grow inside themselves.
/r/MensRights30/12/23 02:29 AM

Your friend has no right to force any woman to carry a fetus to term. Your friends needs to stop simping for a woman who left him. Tell him to let her go and that when she left, that should have been it. Your friend is literally creating his own problems.

The problem you’re having, is listening to random women about things that don’t matter to you. If you date a woman younger than you, the only person you “really” need to listen to, is that woman. Other random people, men or women? Their opinions do not matter.

Testosterone eventually wears down the heart. That's why men have way more heart attacks than women. Eating healthy and finding more joy in life than not are key components to living healthy. Being obese is killing people across the board in america.

Because men do not carry fetuses inside their bodies. You, should not have any say as to what I do with my body. And visa-versa. That’s the whole point of pro-choice. Carrying a child to term is a choice, not a requirement.
/r/MensRights17/12/23 03:44 AM

At the end of the day, it takes two people to make a child. However, women are stuck with the burden of pregnancy. And yes, even if they want it, it is a burden. Pregnancy has all sorts of effects on a woman’s body and in extreme cases, they can die for carrying a child to term. If a man doesn’t wear a condom, get a vasectomy, or just abstain from having sex, once he gets a woman pregnant? The choice is ultimately hers as to if it is born or not. That’s the whole point of bodily autonomy. Now, i…

Because women should have the right to choose what happens to their own bodies? If men could incubate babies in their own bodies, they would also have the option to, not do that. Also, roe vs wade eliminates potentially necessary medical procedures that in most cases will save a woman’s life. And in some states? Like Texas, women are being ousted and persecuted for having abortions in other states that allow them. So, not only have they had their bodily autonomy removed, they face jail time or d…

Having an abortion is taking responsibility. And sometimes it is forced upon them. That said, it takes 2 people to get a woman pregnant. So, yes, men also need to take responsibility. Your logic still sucks.
/r/MensRights07/12/23 02:05 PM
1

Women DO bear the responsibility. If they can’t or don’t abort, they have to carry a literal child in their bodies. Assuming the man takes responsibility, they still have to be mothers, or put the kid up for adoption. Women have no choice but to take responsibility. So your logic sucks.
/r/MensRights07/12/23 01:42 PM

Yes. If you decide to have sex and you don’t use a condom and/or other contraceptives, a potential risk is pregnancy. This analogy sucks. You fuck. A pregnancy might happen. Take responsibility for your actions. Don’t want the risk, keep it in your pants. Or at least, out of hers.

I'm 5'7 , I have two girlfriends living with me and a third that does not. It's not about your height, it's about "you" as a total package. If you can't hold your own, or make conversation or be worth spending time around, it doesn't matter. Height and looks will help open doors with women, everything else is what keeps them. Don't worry about what you don't have. Focus on what you do and make the most of it.

Just. Fucking. Talk. It’s not some special secret, or a special skill. It’s literally just communication. If you’re that type of person, just be forward and blunt with your feelings: “Hey <name>, I think you’re <enter what genuinely attracts you to this person>. If you’re up for it, let’s go get coffee together, or go check out <enter something fun or interesting, like a museum> sometime.” If you’re not one for a direct approach? You don't. You move on. Work on yourself, make yourself seem more "wanted". Either A: Nothing will change between you and her, but you will be happier because you're out with other women. or B: She *might* change her mind about you, and *maybe* you'll still want her, assuming you've been out going out with other woman and such, your options would be way broader. or C: You try to force it, and it ends up ruining the friendship entirely.

Stop acting like every 'girl' you meet is 'the one'. Every woman I meet is just another person. If they are hot, cool, they are nice to look at, but I have other women on my own roster as well.
