Lmao that's just not true unless you have shitty genetics. Yes you will be smaller, and yes you'll lose some LBM. You'll also look flatter due to glycogen depletion, but you by no means lose all gains. But yeah, you should be tracking surpluses to corresponding level of volume in a cycle.

It's about long-term goals, sure if you're the average American fat fuck (BMI > 28), then you should probably be cutting anyways. But if you're already in the 10-14 BF% range and not a complete beginner, there's nothing wrong with with going through a bulk cycle.

No it's not. Greg Doucette is a quack. If the best way to build an optimal physique is just to forever cut, don't you think more bodybuilders would have adopted that approach by now. Can't carve if you don't have any marble to begin with.

Most people on this subreddit are autistic dorks who probably have very critical social disabilities among other issues. Most of the men here probably don't leave their houses (both before and during COVID), and most women here are salty cause some dude they caught feelings for pumped and dumped them and didn't think much of them. Imagine writing paragraphs filled with bullshit everyday just to sound like you're smart on a subject you know nothing about, that's basically most people on this su…

I’m not sure exactly not I’ve seen it on social media. I think the term is freakin’ stupid tbh, but some women refer to more rugged and masculine men who are attractive as such — I think Daniel Craig May be an example they use.

Well looks like the only first world country that worked for was a literal island with a population less than 5 million. Case per capita rose dramatically in Europe (tying and eclipsing American numbers) despite the fact they were locked down for most of this time.

If you're letting the Wuhan flu stop you from living your life and you're under 50, I truly pity you. Thank God i don't live in some stupid ass state that thinks locking down the entire economy to protect some half-dead 80+ year olds who were likely going to die from a number of other things is worth sacrificing everything.

This reminds me of a post I made a while ago discussing the central theme of how there is no such thing as good or evil — only perceived self-interest. I made a post about it in my post history recently regarding the Sopranos and how it should be mandatory watching for adolescent boys.

You're unbelievably stupid if you think early humans weren't eating large masses of ruminants and animal products. Still, you should at least try to attempt to respond to the actual original inquiry instead of deflecting away from it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/19 09:11 PM

Do you really think humans ate sparing amounts of meats throughout our evolutionary history? What about the humans who migrated to places like most of Europe and Siberia and other cold climates where there was little to no vegetation that humans could digest.

I don't. I eat meat, but probably not red and anot a pound every day Soy confirmed. They didn't because hunting was hard. Prehistoric times generally were times of undereating. In Hunter-gatherer tribes, over 50 percent of the calories consumed came from meat. Grains didn't exist either. I'm sure when a hunter was starving for food he satiated himself over broccoli. Humans never consumed ruminants!

Oh look, another person spewing vegan propaganda. You're actually completely incompetent if you think men didn't eat much more red meat back then. It was much more consumed back then. A pound of red meat isn't even that much meat.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/19 02:41 PM

I'm going to make a post soon, but I believe most men would see their depression vanish if they ate at least one pound of red meat a day and did heavy compound lifts 4-5x a week. Make men MASCULINE AGAIN 💪🏻💪🏻

You're just like a trad woman. Spouts stuff about how men should be more masculine and how "you love" your husband and how society should function differently, all while going on to not adhere to their end of the principles.

Much like RP, the idea is to be your best self, have your own hobbies,.goals, and abundance. The biggest lie that is spread in modern media about relationships is that you need to have a lot in common. It’s complete bullshit. The average extremely masculine dude has little in common with most women, but he can be charismatic, energetic, physically and socially dominant that makes him attractive. The funniest thing about this is if they are indeed trying to be their best self, why are they bitchi…
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/19 05:19 PM

Everything I’ve read on FDS basically promotes being an obnoxious bitch who no high-value man will want you put up with long-term. Chances are the average girl on FDS is quite ugly as it is, or they greatly overestimate their looks because Chad slept with them once. You really think men want to put up with an ugly chick who’s completely bitchy and unpleasant?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/19 03:48 PM

Most of society blames men for single parenthood family. It’s only oblique corners of the Internet like the MS where you see any arguments to the contrary.

Not really. The best advice you can give anyone to maximize their attractiveness is to minimize their androgyny. FDS is mostly BS and largely inefficient by Pareto principle standards. Alphas don't get cheated on because they get priority access to her pussy, especially when she's ovulating. Once he's got you pregnant, it doesn't matter if you go and fuck a beta cuck — less stress for the alpha in fact.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/19 09:24 PM

Wtf would a high beta even be in a prehistoric context? It's just a modern archetype that stemmed primarily due to resources accumulation not being directly tied to physical ability anymore.

Do you even know what beta means? The only thing that makes a beta above the average random male is that he's resourceful. Without his resources, he's just another guy out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/19 09:03 PM
1

No they don't. They want an alpha for breeding and beta to provide and raise the kids. Betas resources aren't stretched as thin in a non-cooperative tribe too.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/19 09:00 PM
1

It's just taboo to you. If we were living in the environment our ancestors lived in for millions of years, you would willingly submit to the alpha who just impregnated 80 percent of the other girls in the tribe.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/19 08:58 PM
1

That's true, but you have to think in terms of tribes. The alpha bred 80 percent of the women. Betas pair bond for the scraps of 20 percent remaining. All men of the tribe had to provide for everyone in the tribe, so probably about 70 percent of men got cucked fully (no kids but still had to provide).

Yes, it's all marketing. I'm sure that's why all of the advanced technology is developed by the US and almost none of it out of Europe. Look man, if you're lazy, incompetent, or just not capable, obviously Europe is a much better place for you to be. The problem with welfare though is it attracts shitheads from the bottom of the barrel. This is why mass immigration is happening in Europe and why …

White women are degenerate and trashy, so it's hard to blame them. Most white people don't have identity and weren't grounded in the "we are white" mentality. Asian women oftentimes age much better, don't put on weight, are more feminine and agreeable, aren't as brainwashed by feminist propaganda etc. It's hard to find a good reason why white men shouldn't go the Asian girl route if they're not a racial nationalist.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/19 03:47 PM

Europe is a socialist shit hole and has been going exponentially soft after WW2. Your countries don't even have a conservative party — your conservative parties are the equivalent of the US's left. Also, 'coincidentally' the US has all of the best universities. I wonder why I met so many international Korean and Chinese students paying 50k/year to come to the US for college and not a single one of them considered Europe.

People aren't willing to do a lot of things: Go to community college either the first two years or during the summers Live at your parents place/go to a local commuter university Work a part-time job Waste money on all types of bullshit from Starbucks to eating out on every meal College is not that expensive at the end of the day — people just want to be a victim.

/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/19 03:18 PM
1

I don't think so because Asian women aren't brown or black. They're still probably less than ideal for more traditional white parents (the few of them that exist). There's also the aspect that their son is colonizing other race's children that might make them feel good.

/r/PurplePillDebate16/10/19 03:02 PM

And? Do you understand how pathetically humiliating it is for an Asian man to see his daughter go directly for white men and completely disregard her own race? It practically means he can't have grandchildren that are his own, because they're not of the same blood and roots as him. What you're alluding to essentially comes down to feminist propaganda in that women think they're somehow some "AlPhA BoSs BiTcH" because they can have sex. It's completely lacking in nuance and just overall awareness…

Notice how the happiest people on Earth don't give a shit about other people's problems (let alone trying to find satisfaction due to someone else's inadequacies)? You're a woman, life was made to be easier for you yet you're still whining and bitching for no actual reason — get over yourself.

It's alright. The white race is pretty much inevitably going to die out at this point. We only have ourselves to blame really.

Weird how you frame it as if white men were responsible lol, it's asian women who do this. White men started going for Asian women as white women became more vulgar and degenerate. Yes, Asian women did opportunistically place themselves in a position to be colonized, but the man does need to do all the approaching. And half breeds are very attractive in general. Yeah, just look at Elliot Rodgers and /r/hapas. That totally wasn't a disaster.

There's a lot of fetishes in which Asian woman serve the man as a sex slave, while the white wife is overly aware of the situation. It turns her on so much that she fucks her husband, and even has lesbian sex with the Asian sex slave. Does that turn you on?

A black woman in self-denial and is overly adamant and upset with men. Yawns. That's like 80 percent of black women; you're not special.

See, the thing people seem to be strawmanning in my post is they think I'm just telling men to go into bed with their dicks loaded and ready to pump and thrust at full magnitude. That's not it at all, there's obviously a gradual rising in intensity and magnitude overtime. Assuming all the bells and whistles and intensity are running smoothly, you'll feel very comfortable and will have a subconscious level of trust and comfort in him even when he grabs your neck or smacks your ass, for example.

OMG. These are generalizations about tendencies that are found with women. Are there deviations from this? Yeah, definitely, but these tendencies are representative for the majority of women. , saying the girls fall in love with guys because they cum in A girl has to either be very irresponsible (which isn't uncommon) to let a guy she doesn't give a shit about cum in her. You can argue it's circular logic, but a woman usually has to have a great level of trust to let a guy cum in her.

Well, I think you should. You shouldn't just give up on something because you disagree with one aspect of it but agreed with the rest. Also, you should note how I mentioned if you're in the right rhythm, very key point there.

Obviously you don't start off rough, it's a gradual progression that feeds its way into that. Also, the vast majority of women want rough sex.

Also don't get me wrong, I think the most overlooked reason for why women cheat and/or relationships end is lack of GOOD DICK GAME.

Work on your dick game too

Too many people on this Subreddit underestimate the value of GOOD DICK game. I'd be willing to say divorce rates would fall significantly if men had better dick game.

Makeup is used to emphasize feminine features in women; I highly doubt it will do much to help men outside of some concealer or if they're gay.

Government is a collectivist paradigm in general, and women are much more collectivist oriented than men. Ergo, basically any government is a net positive for women, and most governments are either a net negative or neutral for men.

What that "gibberish" means is that women do not care in the slightest about how others may be effected in the implications of something — this goes doubly if a man is negatively effected because of female ingroup preference. Abortion is almost always the result of a complete lack of decisiveness and responsibly. With all the contraceptive alternatives out there, you chose to wait till the last minute to make a decision. With a false rape allegation, I can't continually impact the status of that…

That the average man, more or less, doesn't lean much towards either side — despite your claim that "normal men" do overwhelmingly.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/19 05:54 PM

Also, you fail to see how abortion falls into realms of female solipsism and containment. Looking at it inversely, it's why 90+ percent of women believe all women that make rape allegations should be believed irregardless of the level of evidence. Most women actually hate men — the amount of men who want to deliberately take away rights from women for their own satisfaction is probably about the amount of men who have active exposure towards the manosphere (if I had to estimates, <5 percent).

Reddit relationship advice outside of TRP is dog shit. Most of TRP is dog shit too. Reddit has a very gynocentric bias in which subs like RA will always defend the woman.

Everything is the man's fault, whether or not it's fair or not. If a girl cheats on you with a man with better dick game, then you simply lost to a better man than you. This is precisely why men have evolved to kill and cuck other men.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
