HR is typically > 90% women and, being full of non-STEM people, is complicit in the lies that prop up the feminist narrative. Complaining to HR will get you fired.

I'm fine. Our distant ancestors evolved in much uncertain environments than our own; to survive, they had to be at their sharpest even after several without food. Even after 10,000 years of agricultural degeneracy, we retain this ability. The body has powerful homeostatic mechanisms, and it's very good at maintaining blood glucose (and ketone) levels by metabolizing glycogen and, eventually, fats.

My preferred diet is to just eat every other day. I have the willpower to not eat, but completely lack the willpower to moderate my intake when I do eat. By duty-cycling my food, I can achieve a weekly caloric deficit without relying on my weak portion control. It's like choosing an exercise strategy that works around having a bad knee.

I know that's certainly been the case for me. I used to make counterproductive and even self-defeating moves all the time for the sake of pussy. Since I turned 30 or so, my sex drive has plummeted. Now, I really just don't care anymore, and I focus on higher pursuits. Who knows? If I put as much effort into the game now as I did in my early 20s, I could probably do rather well. But why would I? Sex just isn't that important anymore.

Heh. I'm a tech millionaire. Women really don't care about money these days. It's all about that psychopathic alpha danger signal.

Tax brackets don't work that way. You don't take home less money because your paycheck is bigger. Each bracket applies only to money over that bracket's threshold.

she was a virgin That's the key right there. I've seen the same good behavior in western women, provided you take their virginity. Much of the degeneracy of the western woman just comes down to a high partner count burning out their pair-bonding instincts. Put an Asian woman in the same position and you'll get the same behavior.

It's not like 1:4 is much less of a dystopian hellpit than 1:17.

Societies that came up with social mores to artificially restrict womens' hypergamy were the ones that were more successful in the neolithic, and they conquered others and spread their gyno-restrictive culture, in a sort of feedback loop of success. It didn't stop in the neolithic. Look at demographic projections from today and compare population growth rates to egalitarian attitudes. The same dynamic that applies 4,000 years ago operates today.

Ukraine Eastern Europe feels much more wholesome than the US. I should visit there again.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
