My advice to you for that is, when you have these worries I want you to dismiss them UNTIL you are working out, be it running or lifting. I want you to dwell on every nagging thing in your mind during that period and only that period. I've found when I try to bring up that kind of emotion in myself during my workouts it almost wants to come up but fizzes out, making it almost impossible to have any negative or adverse response's to it, making me look at things objectively and thinking to myself …

Let me add something dude. You need to hear this. I've read through the comments and you have no fuckin idea what you're doing at all. Im pretty sure I just gave you a pretty decent foundation for some weight loss gainz. Don't alter it if you plan to follow it. The way you're going about things is unhealthy as fuck my guy. Running six times a week? Eating once a day? What the fuck are you thinking? What you're trying to accomplish is not that hard to do tbh. I think you have the will to do it yo…

Lol dude. Way too much focus on the sups. Creatine and protein won't help you lose weight. If anything they help build or mantain muscle mass. You are trying to lose weight, you need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. Your diet should be your #1 focus. You won't make any gains while losing weight unless you're new, which at your weight and bf (which I'm fairly sure you're guesstimating on) you probably are. I recommend intermittent fasting. It is very affective. You sound like a fairly sm…

Lol, you'll never get one with that mindset. How old are you? That's pretty childish in every aspect. What adult female hasn't fucked at least a handful of guys? You talk like you expect a virgin and you'll be her only lay for life. Lol okay.

Realize its not about woman, that's what's holding you back. Lift, pursue a hobby, work hard at something, read; try to atain more knowledge. The red pill is about becoming a man, or the best version of yourself, sexual success is just a side benefit to that.

Nope, you're delusional. Go ahead, don't have kids, the universe, and pretty much everyone else doesn't give a fuck about you deciding not to carry on your shitty DNA, but do not try and pass that bullshit on this sub. Its important that men, real men, rp men have children and pass on what wisdom they have to the next generation and hopefully repare the damage done by this pro-everything-woman movement that has utterly emasculated men and destroyed the meaning of being a man in this generation. …

Before I found this sub I (thankfully unsuccessfully) slashed one of my wrists because I tried to reach out to my ex and she utterly crushed me. Suffered pretty serious depression and had severe suicidal tendencies. Biggest mistake of my life. Ive come a long way since then, but I still got some ways to go...

I actually have a LOT of time on my hands. I plan on splitting everything from day to day and week to week. Im going to focus on lifting now but I can incorporate some running one week and some swimming the next week. It won't be like that forever bit I can keep up a pretty active lifestyle for at least a few months, which is a good amount of time to make a good little bit of progress.

Great advice thank you! Running has helped me listen to my body so I shouldn't have to much of a problem doing all this activity while avoiding injury or putting too much stress on my body.

I'm 18, and a rather large dude. I'm still chunky at 227 but at 6'6 I'm getting pretty close to my ideal weight, so staying at 2000 calories a day should be the ideal rn because going to something like 1800 with all the activity I do now and plan to do would be unhealthy. I'll definitely start lifting so I can have more definition and I'll still incorporate cardio so I can burn more fat but I won't overdue it.

Okay thank you! I'll definitely start adding black beans into my diet then.

I'm glad to hear that! I always thought rock climbing was a fantastic sport. I personally would like to take up boxing once I cut some more.

Alright. I used to count calories when I first tried to diet and found a great app for it. Sadly I gave up on that first attempt but I'm a lot more disciplined now. So basically count calories, lift, and limit cardio right?
/r/askTRP20/02/17 04:34 AM

Yeah. When I eat I pretty much only consume protein based foods with vegetables and kinda just whatever fruit to get the rest of what my body will need for the day. I don't eat any bread period and try to avoid starchy foods and beans and the such.

I don't really take the time and count my calories. But I cant imagine I'm eating over 2000 a day. Like as an ex. Today I ate 2 eggs with some pork sausage then after my run some salmon and broccoli with a HB egg and after that a mango and banana and that's pretty much what my daily intake consists of.

I much rather cut out swimming. Running has helped me so much mentally, and very much physically. I couldn't keep up some running and start incorporating lifting while maintaining a low calorie diet?

I've a pretty good diet right now. I don't think I'll need to make any adjustments. I couldn't do like 3 days gym and 4 days cardio?

She's trying to ruin your image. Its a social attack of sorts. If you try to confront her or explain yourself it makes you look weak. Complete silence doesn't help either because it just shows that there's no contest to the claim. If you read the 48 laws of power, which I very much recommend, a better option, if you understand Machiavellianism, is to spread a rumor about her, or try and ruin her image with something. In other words actually do what she's accusing you of, but in a manner that ben…
