Not when it comes to relationships, see my original comment. "get in shape, eat better, wear nicer clothes, don't be a doormat, get your life together" is great advice, but I don't see it as "red pill", just as common sense.

Anything saying women are more "xyz negative trait" like solipsistic, hypergamous, dishonorable, selfish, irrational, gold-digging or whatever. People are like that, all people. By making a point of only talking about women like that red pill guys come off as bigoted, ignorant and terribly bitter. Dating women isn't an excuse. trp's core tenets about women are derogatory and dehumanizing. Feminisms core tenants about men are that they're capable of being more than the sex-crazed animals older generations saw them as (and TRP still sees them as). The fringe of Feminists believe all men are rapists. The fringe of TRP believes women are actually capable of love, rationality, honor.
