I had one really agressive guy pull my shirt and looking for a fight. He insisted that I go with him to the side and I was very against that. My bad for not explaining it better. We do have standups but they call it scrum meeting. Where it should be a quick 5 min standup it goes on for 30-60min

Well, this is kinda startup, and I've been here from the beginning, when there was only 4-5 people. I invested a lot of time into the codebase and would not like to leave, at least not yet but if shit hits the fan I am ready to do so.

I get what you are saying. I know that she is negatively affecting my performance but I don't care. I am doing my job and I am doing it well. If someone above me cant see how shee is affecting me and the team then I don't care if the company is losing money as long as I get my paycheck.

I dont know how ranking goes between project manager and lead developer but she cant fire me, although she is boss in terms of defining tasks(that she does a bad job). But I sure do have to put up with bunch of bs meetings and similiar things.

I think she was hired because we 2 jobs, one paycheck, and she is a woman so yey "equality". I've started to explicitly request everything in written form so that I have a proof. Unfortunately, sometimes she says that the task was not understood correctly and I call her out on the bs(I mean, you are the one who wrote it) then all of the sudden I am the bad guy.
