Quick google search if you do it, that the country won't ship you back, or in some deal. Australia has this group of nations about 11 I think, that will track down people who slip out on child support.

Won't lie I've got my own kinda hell right now man, take day by day each day is a step forward, it will get easier. Someday better then others but always remember there's some guy out there that would trade you his hell for yours.

This might be wrong, man here in aus 29, I have a 2 year old i never met. Definitely to the wrong girl, no chance of a conjoint parenting as of yet he's too young. The risks surrounding her are well I've been told, not worth it. Even if I was to have something to do with him, only time I could would be weekends . And even then 4 days per fortnight, make little to no difference in payment. Is anyone else in a similar spot?

Get some decent sleep man, I find it always helps with the anxiety. I know easier said than done, just know it does get better little by little day by day. Maybe a good chat with a mate or parent get that circle around you while you struggling lad.

Hang in there man I've been in something similar, I know its hard feels like all you thinking about is them, why, where is she at. Fk i had dreams, sleep wasn't even my friend the nights I got them. Dust is still settling it does get better, time less and less and somewhat discover you survived once without them, you will again

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
