I had to change my post from "many" guy friends to "a few" because I overexaggerated a bit. I totally get what you are saying and I have that mentality already. She is willing to cut off the guy and she even agreed with me that guys and girls can't fully be friends so she doesn't even argue me when it comes to these kind of topics. I think I was just more caught up on the situation with this one guy in particular who is just annoying at times and hes friends with her ex. It makes it seem like sh…

I'm new to TRP but I notice almost every girl I meet has some sort of male friends in the picture. How would you just dump them for that? She is willing to cut them off if I had asked but I obviously don't want to be controlling.

I get that. BUT I almost every girl who is single that I've met has some sort of male friends so it's something that I kind of just accepted. This girl would be willing to drop him if I had asked so that's why it's not easy to just walk away. I also don't want to come off as controlling. She knows my barriers and hasn't crossed them yet and that guy is by no means a threat. Typical beta dude.

Well I was 105 in 2019 and I’m 135 now. The point he is trying to make is that all of that weight is not muscle. It would be hard to put on 20 lbs of strictly muscle but I get what you are trying to say.

If she cannot respect, obey, and follow my lead she can bounce. I get what you're saying. BUT you don't believe in having children and all that stuff? I sense that you might be younger but I am close. I don't believe in a "Good" girl either but it basically comes down to how much you can tolerate.

Edited my post. Being out of shape to someone who is was an athlete is different than being out of shape to a regular dude but that's besides the point. The whole point of this post was that I am taking charge of my life but I am having difficulty managing a good potential LTR with the many career/aspirations at the same time but I don't know if it's worth letting go of her if she's a good girl. If I was to fail at my dreams but still have this career, i would probably still be in a good positio…

I guess. I bought my first house at 24 and started a family. My 3 sons are 31, 28, and 26 and they all own multi family propertie lol I don't need the sympathy. I am actually proud of my accomplishments. Payed off my own university/purchased a car and saved up since. A condo in my city costs about 600-700k with houses in the millions so it's not uncommon here to stay at home that late. On top of that I grew up low income family so my parents didn't support me by any means. Hate all you want but …

crunch numbers and basically work on a never-ending project for a living. So I got into IT. I got CompTia A+ certified, got my Masters in Cybersecurity. Currently, I make more money fixing computers than my friends in accounting, and am much happier than they are, doing work that I genuinely enjoy. Feel free to PM me hey bro, i'm in cybersecurity but I feel like I i'm not passionate about it. Maybe it's the work i'm doing but it feels robotic. I'm working towards cissp but feel overwhelmed. How …

Exactly. I hate that they are so naïve sometimes. Luckily she would do anything for me but i kinda wish that i didn't have to explain it. I know for a fact she is still texting them but i'm not truely bothered per say because they are all beta and no competition from what i see but i know their true intentions aren't "friendship". It is what it is I guess.

I had this same convo with my girl. She said she doesn't want me to fall asleep early because her guy friends are texting her and she feels like shes disrespecting me. I told her that it shouldn't matter if they are actually friends. I followed up by saying that i don't believe a guy and girl can actually be friends BUT i don't mind if she continues because I will get female friends as well. She agreed to cut off her guy friends but don't know if I should consider this a red flag since she didn'…
