1	Divorced Men: With what you experienced, would you ever remarry? If you could go back, would you have ever married knowing what you know now? There are several replies in this thread about prenups. I think most people do not understand what they can and cannot do. This may vary by state, but I suspect it does not vary in community-property states. I know this because I talked to an attorney about it. If you have assets prior to the marriage, a prenup can protect them in the event of a divorce.
