Femcels don't exist, they're simply women with high standards who would rather be alone than abused. Pick mes are probably the happiest of the bunch, they get tonnes of male approval and attention, and get their pick. As for Tinderellas, it seems half of them are very happy living their out their hookup nature,m (just like the men who hookup). The other half make bad choices, but these are a small minority of women overall. What I hear all the time, since I was a teen over a decade ago, is that …

Why do cohabitate, but there is such a thing called the 'honeymoon phase' where women will overlook and invest more energy than they have. Over the years they slowly get burnt out, and when kids arrive, that's when it all hits the fan. Men are not raised to maintain households the same way women are, it's the job of a cleaner, a nanny, an organizer, a therapist, etc etc.

This right here - charm and proxies for emotional/social intelligence. It's surprising the Manosphere hasn't picked up on that yet. And why would women not want a man who doesn't make her feel good about herself? Intimacy with men is a net negative risk for women's health and bodies, so he has to bring an extra dose of happy hormones or tangible benefits to make it worth the risk.

Good Lord please break up and let that woman go. Women always realize eventually when they're not loved by their partner, so she'll likely break up sooner or later. It might take years, and it's just a waste of her time. If you can get one woman, you can get another. You just have to look in the right places.

Rather than over thinking this, you should go to online female spaces (feminist and non feminist alike) and hear for yourself what women boast to each other about what their boyfriends'/husbands' qualities are. It's always 'he's so sensitive and sweet', 'he's obsessed with me', 'he puts up with me'., 'he reads my books with me' . See the pattern here?

You are right that women may still choose based on survival skills that were necessary in pre-modern eras - where you are wrong is that it wasn't to survive the Stone Age, it was to survive patriarchal oppression and deprivation of resources. What 'nice guys' don't realize is that there are emotional/social intelligence cues that women strongly pick up on and select (consciously or subconsciously), it's what the kids call 'rizz' - charisma. Nothing to do with resource provision (what teenage gir…

' As a guy, should I forgive women for the abuse i lived from them, like hitting me for fun or grabbing me without my consent, or should I also consider it hopeless as nothing changed in their behaviour even after I told them it hurted me?' Your argument looses credibility here. If you think what you lived is abuse in any way comparable to what every woman goes through, then you have no capacity to empathise what life is like as a woman. Virtually all woman have not only experienced sexual haras…

Spoken like a true man. Men have trouble being satisfied and happy with non-sexual social interactions, therefore the sex robot future looks likely for them. Whereas women have shown from the beginning of time to thrive amongst female communities and friendships. The crazy cat ladies men on here mock so much are nothing less than happy, older women with full social lives, their finances sorted, who are of no use to men. Younger, single women are catching onto that as well. Your solution is what …

It's the quickest way to offend a misogynist. It's not right, but it's effective. Men as a group but bond by shaming and ridiculing women. So women will use whatever weapon they have. Again, it's not right.

You remain grossed out in your pill delusion. I'm sure it will work out really well for you. And I'm well aware you're incapable of empathizing with women either way. I don't have much pain from any mistakes because I made sure to keep men away until I found one who wanted marriage. It's been good for over 13 years, thanks.

Some women don't get to spend their youth how they want. Some are preyed on because they're not warned about predators and end up mentally messed up (what you lot like to call hoes, sluts etc). Some are young and ugly, so they are desired by men to be pump and dumped, not for actual meaningful relationships. Women may have youth (which you desire) but thiet sex wiring is not the same as yours. They also need to worry about their safety whenever they pick a man, which you don't really have to. Th…

Men judge Age. You cannot change your age or become younger. Women judge mostly on personality and emotional intelligence. You can develop or improve on these.

It means that when I was looking for dates, I had to ask early on if he was into casual sex/dating for sex/had many ex gfs, or if he was looking to get married. It meant I had to expand my social circle (diversity, as you said). I got a lot of interest, but not many men in their early 20s were looking to get married, most wanted a gf to get laid - hence the difficulty. I don't think it's demand. Women don't 'need' men if those men make their life worse or more stressful. But most still long for …

Dating apps and reliance on online spaces are largely responsible for that. Bring back face-to-face third spaces and community living, and ugly/average people will be able to meet more like-minded people. The more new people they meet, the higher the chances of a match. Ugly women are on the same boat, they just don't come online and form man-hating forums. There's a lot of fat-bashing on here as well. So maybe when you say 'women' what you mean is 'hot' women.

Culture can be changed (and is changing). I went out of my way to find an unexperienced man when I was looking for a partner in my 20s. There weren't that easy to come by but I found one and married him because we had similar values. Your initial comment was asking for stats on ugly people getting into relationships. Exactly how is a researcher going to measure and quantify male attractiveness for a study? Women's perception of attractiveness of most men is highly subjective. They might all agre…

I don't use 'incel' as an insult (neither do I use terms like 'slut', 'getting railed by', 'hoe' etc). That feeds onto the premise that the only way men gain value is by taking value from women by having sex with them. Hence why virgin/sexless men on the Manosphere feel worthless (and believe promiscuous women are equally worthless). I reject this value system entirely. And no, I have never been promiscuous. Just look around you. Don't just foccus on the women you consider hot, look at all couples in public, of all ages. You'll see it does not represent any of the bs you see online. How old are you? So you're allowed to have looks standards (6 and up) but women aren't? Everything you read on PPD is male projection. Women's sex drive works on a different level. You lot want women to be sluts for you while dating, and then want to find virgins for a wife, while expecting her to also turn into a slut as a wife otherwise you're victims of DB. Do you not hear yourselves? No one wants you lot to wife up anyone. Leave obese women (and the rest, while you're at it) alone until you'…

You're just cherry picking now. I grew up hearing 'Men only have one thing on their mind' always in the context of 'beware how you interact with men'. Never in the context of 'Don't have sex with your husband'. In fact, quite the opposite, women are told since always to have sex with their husbands otherwise they'll get cheated on. And they still get cheated on, regardless. Little girls have been brainwashed by fairytale since the start of the patriarchy so that their whole world revolves around…

Yes, commonly used phrases include 'He's just using you', 'Men only have one thing on their mind' etc. I'm sure you've heard it all before. Liberal feminist has been appropriated by hookup culture to benefit men who want to sleep around, yes. But don't pretend there aren't women put off by it. No one had to advise me not to sleep around, I was always physically repulsed by it, no matter how much Sheryl Sandberg I read.

I used to think I fit the demisexual label when I was single, but I now see it as a ridiculous term. Some women/people just don't want to sleep with someone they don't love. With regards to looks, even with 'hot' male celebrities, I've always had to first see him speak to make up my mind about how attractive he is. The traits that women are looking out for to make a decision on the man include body posture, eye contact, the way he speaks, accent, indicators of similarity in background, etc. Onli…

So you'd rather be desingeneous, throw Reddit's favourite word at me, and ignore the tonne of evidence of how harmful porn (and sex work) as a whole industry has been, and continues to be? It affects pretty much every straight relationship, whether directly or indirectly. The few women who want to please men by engaging with that content will continue to do so, but the rest of us have to continue dealing with and fighting the harmful effects of the pornification of western society.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/24 02:59 PM
1

And don't you think it's sad that the few women who wanted to watch porn have had to create ethical porn because men couldn't be bothered to when they created the industry by abusing vulnerable women? Because the 'depravity' liked by women is always based on consent first (and in the case of erotica, as I've said, also based on romantic love, which you'll find in every modern smut novel)? When we say 'porn' here on Reddit, don't pretend the audience here is talking about ethical porn or any kind…

You do not need a citation, it is ridiculous to state that 40% of women watch porn. I might as well state that 0% men cheat if we're going to make up stats. Porn wae created by men for men. Women's smut often romanticises toxic masculinity and turns it into something it can never be i.e into undying love for a single woman. This is the ultimate fantasy and why it attracts so many female readers. What is interesting in smut always including romantic love between the main characters is that it ena…

Hi Mod - so the above comment 'the most hateful, spiteful and cruel people I know are women' is civilized discourse, is it? I stated a statistical fact. Most crime in the world is commited by men. If you want to censor discourse and promote manosphere lies, then be transparent about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 12:17 PM

Your reply doesn't address anything I stated. My original comment was about how ubiquitous porn usage proves that socially sex is tailored to men's desires. Women join along to try to please their men. Hence, the original post is ridiculous, male sexuality has always been seen as normal, healthy and natural. Female sexuality remains largely unexplored because women have globally internalized the male gaze.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 11:40 AM

The vast majority of women do not 'watch' porn, they look at it to see what men like sexually, so they can emulate it and please their partners. Probably more than 50% of women have read smut at some point, and it is nothing like pornography. You have to get through pages and pages of a love story before you get to any sex scenes. Female readers demand a HEA and a 'slow burn' in their smut books. These are the exact opposite of porn images/videos, which demonstrate sex in a vaccum. But men would…
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/24 11:33 AM

Whether you're 'unfuckable' or not has nothing to do with your profile picture and everything to do with smartphones replacing basic, normal face to face social interactions. Also, I would never want to date someone who sees dating as a way to get laid. Just my 2 cents.

There's more to it - the performance women put up with during sex (faking orgasms rather than stopping because it's not pleasurable), removal of body hair, generic dumbification to not intimidate men, obssessing over their body shapes, etc. It's all tailored to men's sexuality and their expectations. Not surprising, considering how we raise girls.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/24 08:00 PM

It's not 'sometimes', most women are vanilla, have monthly cycles and random hormonal outbursts that means their sex drive isn't predictable. You lot just don't care because it doesn't serve you. OP and other pilled men can stop pretending they are a victim. Society's expectation of sex is 100% tailored to men's sexuality, while women fake orgasms performatively to match men's expectations and obsess over removing body hair because God forbid men see their natural hair.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/24 07:57 PM

It absolutely is comparable. The post makes it sound as if male sexuality is socially vilified - it most certainly is not. What you want (even things once considered a kink) have all been normalised in society thanks to porn. Also, women's sexuality is shaped around what men want (and vice versa) and what porn has normalised, hence why women feel they have to perform sexually, or shave their body hair, or pretend to orgasm, etc. It's all from porn with the aim of pleasing men.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/24 02:55 PM

This is a joke post. You're all fine looking at porn, and men have managed to make it a normal socially acceptable behaviour. So much so that your little girlfriends will all pretend they like it too, just to appease you. You've got it at your disposal whenever you want it, whatever you want to watch. It was made by men, tailored to your sexuality. Don't pretend you're a victim now.

It is not feminist or fun to make fun of men in that way. You're using the label 'feminist' here to describe retaliative behaviour. Every women has seen, since her young teen years, how men as a group talk about women's sexuality, and it is demeaning. Are you going to ignore this because of your own lived experiences? ' am just sick of women making up weird fanfiction about how men speak to eachother behind closed doors.' What world do you live in? It is literally all around us. Every single male friend I had while in my single years (in my late teens/early 20s) did this to some extent, no matter how 'nice' they were. It was one of the major factors why I put off dating. You could simply own your virginity and carry it as a badge of honour. You haven't had just any stupid relationship you regret. Why is that so hard? Regarding the gossip, you are very wrong and I'm sure you know this. Men, especially when they're young, will tell each other who they sleep with, what they did, they'll describe and mock women's bodies/body hair/what they sound like/what act they've done, and will 100% brag (low-key or in your face) about how many women they've slept with. I appreciate your appreciation. However, my tone does not need to be charitable. This is a debate. If I were a man, would you ask him to be more charitable. Of course I would discuss with anyone I'm dating, I know what the expectations are for modern dating. I made it very clear I was dating for marriage and wasn't going to put out anytime soon. A friendship between men and women is great. It helps the genders understand each other and avoids pill theory from brainwashing dudes. I wouldn't discourage friendships, unless one of them is really in pain by being in the presence of the other. I don't, however, go along with the whole 'you're my male BFF,…

'Verbal consent is not necessary, most consensual sex doesn't involve verbal consent either.' That's a disturbing statement. Consensual sex does involve established consent, which porn ignores. It shows you a fraction of what sex (often extremes of it) can look like without telling you anything about the people involved and how they got there, as it's a product. It's pure dehumanization for your pleasure. The fact you think because an act like choking is common, it's inherently non-violent shows…

There are very specific patterns of male behaviour and discourse about women and mating strategies that all women are familiar with. You didn't say you turned lesbians straight like my redpill friend did, but you're implying a virtue by stating you've convinced a woman with a principle to drop it so she could sleep with you. I said promiscuous women are attracted to looks for casual sex. Everyone knows this, those women say it, you don't need a pill for that. They look for other traits when looking for a LTR/husband. Again, women themselves say this. The ones who lie do so because of the aforementioned slut-shaming, which you said you don't diseagree with. Yes, as I said in my original comment, I'm white from Western Europe, raised Catholic. This was when I was in my early 20s. Men have much lower sexual standards than women, so if they are approached, any man who wants to just get laid (even if he'd prefer another type of woman) will likely say yes and string her along until he gets laid. A woman who wants a LTR/husband is not going to risk this, it's against female nature. Women have been called easy for centuries if they show too much interest too soon. And why should I care about average dudes getting no sex? Women don't owe them anything. My point stands, men who get sex outside of a LTR are pretty loud about it to other men, it gives them bragging rights because it's an 'achievement'. From my perspective, as someone who was looking to date in my early 20s, I cared about the men who wanted LTRs, because they're the ones I was looking for. Becauss redpill is 100% reductive and only tries to analyze the behaviour of women who are into casual sex or have low sexual selection criteria. It doesn't take into account what different women actually think when they select a mate. /r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 08:25 PM

Because the whole point of the redpill is a pseudoscience attempt at analysing women's preferences for mating like they're lab rats, so you can manipulate them into sex with you? I've heard other PUA types saying they've turned lesbians straight, turned Christian girls bad, etc. Do you realize how pathetic that all sounds? A man with a healthy mindset about sex doesn't need to try to impress others about how he's banging women (or not).

Where did you get this idea from? Was it my other comment that triggered you? Lol. Men have always done this to women and you know it. A few women have decided to attempt revenge by talking about dick sizes, but no other woman cares or listens, because we don't have an urge to humiliate and belittle men sexually. Men on the other hand... Well, have a browse through the Internet.

First of all, no most really don't. Even when I was a teenagee, none of my friends shared details of their sex life. Second of all, it doesn't get shared on the Internet for everyone to see and mock and dehumanize men, like so many men do to women. Sexual humiliation and bragging is the easiest way for men to bond with each other. It's everywhere.

Sex is also important to me, hence why I made sure I had it with the right person. Together 13 years now. We enjoyed our relationship in non-sexual ways and made sure we were compatible.

Good, I don't want them. Have you heard how average guys talk to each about the women they bang?

To add on, I understand you're going for the 'not all men' and are being very considerate in the debate. But I cannot in good faith tell that to other women. The risk is too high; I'm not even mentioning minor things like getting disrespected by ex-boyfriends. Virtually all my male friends have had some point bragged about how they've slept with their ex (what she looked/smelt/sounded/positions etc). I don't want to be talked about like that, so I opted to be extra picky and recommend that to wo…

Where are you getting your 1% vs 99% stats from? 99% of women I know have not slept with that top 1% man who treats them like shit. It's about 50% of women I know, the rest have had a few sex partners. That sounds like redpill talk. The majority of men I know (uncles, male friends, my girlfriends' ex-boyfriends, etc) have all had casual sex at some point and made one or two women believe they were more than just a hookup/friends with benefits. The relationship didn't work out and the girl was he…

I agree to a certain degree. Obviously, different women have different libidos and sex styles (hookups vs LTR, etc). Where feminism is making a difference is warning women about predators, liars and men who get off on humiliating women (revenge porn, slander, stealthing). So that young women don't have to learn the hard way and can set standards. It's easy to get charmed by pretty eyes and smooth talk when one is young and naive.

Apparently. But they do here in England and in Western Europe as well. When I first started dating here (over a decade ago), I was basically making it very clear from the get go that LTR comes before sex.

Yes, I didn't say they would be sexist if they don't want commitment with womem. The problem arises with the millions of liars around who tell women they'll commit to them and then don't. I avoided that, so I think my strategy worked out.

I don't need 'experience' to know a majority men see it as a zero sum game. Men on the internet and other women's experience tell me more than I need to know about how men view sex. To you it's a game, to me it's not. I wasn't about to risk getting pregnant, sexually ridiculed and dumped because of a 'not all men' argument. If you're offended by my comment, imagine being a woman on the internet... You wouldn't last very long.

Hah and I'm very happy with just a single partner. Tell me, how many guys are going to stay around if I told them no sex for a year or more? It's not just about the waiting though, it's also the fact he'd have to show real commitment in the meantime. Meeting my parents, general partaking in life that would scare off any of you in a heartbeat. That's how I weeded out sexist men.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 03:24 PM

Nope, I was absolutely making him wait. It's an easy way to weed out most horndogs and disgusting liars. My husband had no complaints about it. See if they can stand over a year of an exclusive relationship with you without sex. All these redpils will be running for their lives mad that you're wasting their time. Thankfully, more women are waking up and becoming voluntarily celibate.

I'm a secular, western feminist (leaning towards radical feminism). Raised somewhat Catholic in Western Europe. A few reasons from me: I only feel comfortable being intimate when I know we're both madly in love. If I sleep with someone straight away and the relationship fails shortly after, those are memories I can't take back from him. I want the fewest number of men possible to know me intimately. I know how men view sex, it's a zero sum game for them and gives him bragging rights. Hence why I…

Go to feminist groups, particularly radical feminists. Reddit is largely male dominated. But I'll give you that your generation of women is indeed getting a good brainwashing of sex work is work. Millenial and older women are largely not onboard with it.

Fantasies happen in someone's head and have deep psychological roots. Porn is an actual person being used to bring a fantasy to life. It is known it has effects on how men/women perceive women and sex. Also addictive. The two are not comparable. Otherwise, the majority of women would be asking for rape to be legalized, no?

Most women? You are in an echo chamber of your own. You want to see dumb sex industry disguised as feminism, so that's what you see. Feminists have been anti-porn since its inception. The debate is still ongoing amongst liberal feminists - go join an actual feminist sub and read for yourself.

LOL, no they're not. Women will see hypersexual women as a sexual threat, obviously. But men are very much the originators of the Whore vs Madonna complex social division, that's how they classify the women they pursue. Women can easily see other women (even the 'whores') with empathy because we share the same experience of existing as women in a patriarchy (concerns for our safety, periods, pregnancy, bonding over common interests etc). Whereas the Whore vs Madonna rethoric keeps 'whores' as ju…

Is this a joke? Go look at all sorts of porn men have created. See every single thing said about women online in male spaces. Then compare it to what women actually get sexually aroused by (clue: their own imagination, erotic books, men sweet talking to them, etc). You cannot compare a woman saying 'I like sex with hot guys too!' with the entire sex industry being created by men to cater to male desire and completely dehumanizing and humiliating women.

You have interesting takes, for a redpill. However, you fail right in your first point: I see plenty of men happily dating chubby/overweight women. Check out statues of female fertility goddesses back in the days (i.e. what men found sexy) and you'll see it's overweight women. You and others may prefer what's trendy hot now, but it varies by culture and century. As for dating preferences, women do say what they want: mildly good looks and emotional intelligence/empathy, which many men seem to la…

The privilege of being humiliated due to our sexuality, or the privilege of being in danger of r@pe in dark alleys/during war time/around our dodgy uncles? I'm curious.

Nope, your assumptions are wrong. Promiscuous people sleep with each other (escorts explain some of the gender discrepancies there amongst promiscuous people). The rest of us are happy with our low body counts thus we don't want men who have been whoring around 😊

This whole sub is telling you that's not what we choose. Me and countless other married women I know picked a zero/low body count guy because being someone's only long-term focus is actually what we desire. A man who wants to pump and dump makes no sense as a suitable mate (even from an evolutionary prespective if you want to dive into theories).

They are different when it's convenient to you. Women are telling you on this sub many of us do not like promiscuous men, but you'll ignore it to suit your agenda.

Why doesn't the same apply to men i.e. a high mileage woman means she is wanted by all men, so clearly men want high mileage woman (which you'll agree is not true). Men go pretty much after the same attributes in women, but women want different things and you can't make red pill theories about it - it might be emotional intelligence sprinkled with good looks, it might be intellect and a sense of humour, it might be money, it might be being a sweetheart/empath towards others. There is no formula.

I am absolutely turned off by promiscuous men. I know many women who are troubled by their boyfriends' past hookups. I stayed single until I found someone who wasn't promiscuous because that was a huge deal breaker. Every woman is socialised to believe that's just how men are, but many of us are 100% turned off by it (just like some men are).
