Child Support RantYour absolutely right, just have to roll with the punches because with the systems current inherently flawed design there is no fighting back. | /r/MensRights | 06/06/22 08:26 PM
Child Support RantThank you for all the support, just have to keep having hope things will get better and not give up Hope isn't some beautiful tranquil entity that swoops in when the situation is ideal and life is serene. Hope is an ugly thing... with cracked teeth, broken claws, and fucked up fur that's seen and experienced some real shit. Hope is what thrives in despair, and survives in the ugliest parts of humanity. Somehow able to preserve and find a way to keep moving forward against the ever strengthening … | /r/MensRights | 20/02/22 01:57 PM
Child Support RantHopefully what the lady said was true and they will give everything back above what I owe. I really wasn't getting concise information from the ladies at DSS. They said $900, I had $2600 in the account. They took out a total of over $5200, I don't owe that much. I still don't understand. | /r/MensRights | 20/02/22 01:33 PM
Child Support RantSorry to hear about your cousin, when your faced with Jail time just for being broke and down on your luck it can fuck with your head. After dealing with my daughter's mom I knew I wouldn't have any more. I knew it was going to be bad the first year of my daughter's life. My daughter was the best thing that ever happened to me, I love her in a way that I didn't think existed. Just dealing with the system is impossible unless you have money. As long as you have money there's no problems. | /r/MensRights | 20/02/22 01:23 PM
Child Support RantI do not mind supporting my daughter at all, she is my favorite person in the world. I would sacrifice anything for her to have what she wants. I have fully supported my daughter since birth, the problem I personally have with child support is they enforce the father paying it to extreme measures but they don't care what the mother does with the money once she gets it. Last January I made an $1800 payment and two weeks later they took a family vacation to the mountains (they have three children … | /r/MensRights | 20/02/22 01:15 PM
Child Support RantMy credit was ruined about a year after the cocaine trafficking charge. Getting to opportunity to talk to anyone is almost impossible. The physical address are hidden by PO boxes. They placate you on the phone and tell you they will handle it but they never do. | /r/MensRights | 20/02/22 12:46 PM
Child Support RantThey are rude beyond measure, they were suppose to return anything over the amount I owed Friday. I'm still negative $1260 in my chacking and saving. I haven't even checked my other bank accounts because they were empty before this. | /r/MensRights | 20/02/22 12:35 PM
Child Support RantThat charge was in December 2018, I contacted countless attorneys to no avail. They all said what was done to me was wrong, but said the chances of winning would be low. Once they revoked my license that's when moving forward became difficult. I contacted them Friday and was told they would reverse the Levi minus what I owed. Today I'm still negative $2600 in my account | /r/MensRights | 19/02/22 10:59 PM
Child Support RantUnfortunately no, it showed positive on the roadside test. After it was tested all charges were dismissed and covid was used as a reason for the amount of time it took to dismiss | /r/MensRights | 19/02/22 10:55 PM
Child Support RantI also tried, I paid her directly in the beginning as well, didn't fight for rights then and regret it now. I don't know about all states but in SC father's have no rights. It doesn't matter how well YOU take care of your child. I've always paid for anything with school, clothes, summer camps, toys, video games, when I keep her once a week I normally do Dave and busters, water park, movie and dinner, something that will cost at least $100 for the experience. I spend more on my daughter annually … | /r/MensRights | 19/02/22 02:40 PM
