Yes, but its also about cultivation. Some people will never be leaders and push things forward on their own. But they can be creat followers and help push things forward. You can do both at the same time. Grunding has deminishing return and fatigue costs. When you are through the novice state you need to reduce volume because intensity goes up. You cant really trust anyone. You can only supply enough value in other peoples perception that ots not worth fucking you over. Its much better for you to just trust people, make sound desicision based on what you know and your instinct. Just make sure people cant fuck you completely. Take the L when you fail and then get back in the game. Life is like inventing in the stock market. Dvery few years it will be 30% down, but if you stay in you will still be up 8% year on year on average.

Chill with the volume. Getting better is about doing the right amount. You do work and then recover. Uni, gym and your social life is the most important.
