3	how do you know if you are under training or over training? When you get to the first point in your overtraining period, your next day’s lifts will be noticeably lower than what you lifted on the same day last week. You will also not last as long in your day to day sessions if you’re going hard at it from the get go, you’ll know that as you will have a hard time with the second half of your exercises. Yes, I have always had the will and discipline in regards to gym, only that I have run across some obstacles with it too which made my progress extremely inconsistent.
