Tbh I’m on this sub because it keeps popping up with dating / women-male relationship issues so I find it interesting. I only learned about the concept of it interesting and am on here to see / learn about the mindset and outlooks out of curiousity.

I mean I’m a woman living life and know many other women and this is what I see all over my friends and social circles 😅 women straight up won’t say this irl because we don’t want to seem like bad people / shallow or mean.

I think the narcissistic part is that they think women want commitment from them. Most women do want commitment but only from men they deem somehow worthy. Which generally excludes many, many people for one reason or another.

Well I read somewhere a while ago (a study) the father’s speem quality / age only starts mattering if the mother is above 30. So if the mother is 25 and the father is 60 the kid still has better odds than if both parents are 35.

This is not true. In fact most women who would be considered more ambitious I know are in relationships with progressive men whilst most poor / less well-achieved women I know are in relationships with more masculine types.

I mean in my experience it exists because the other person gets bored if I don’t finish in 5-10 minhtes. It takes me around 20.

I feel like a lot of people are butt fans instead of boob fans. If you’re thin with huge boobs it the experience is kind of weird.

Well, it depends. Part of the reason I genuinely like someone is because I find him polite and educated. Liking is not unconditional regarding behaviour 😅

Well, no. As an enjoyer of romance novels: I do date and date people who have traits I tend to prefer in men I also favor in books. They are, however, a very rare breed. Hence the books. I think that if more men were more romantic or adventurous towards women they’re interested in and their own passions and lives most women wouldn’t need romance novels.

I mean, I wouldn’t mary a widow with a child or a divorced that with a child and I do want my own children.

Hi. In my experience, most men who think this about themselves are not as physically attractive as they might think. Also, they don’t seem to be aware of their social inabilities to some extent. If you consider yourself a “catch”, this has to go beyond fitness / success / effort etc. A catch would mean someone with a really, really nice face, nice hair and grooming and also really charismatic / funny / charming. A catch isn’t only money, success and hard stats. It’s also a bunch of those other “…

This. This is the right answer. If she’s giving up without trying like 5-10 times in very obvious ways, she is just not that into you.

All very accurate

I see your point but strongly disagree. There are so many more straight women who, despite working to improve themselves, staying fit, keeping an active social life and having a nice job cannot find a straight man who will minimally match these traits. And when one can actually find a man who matches these standards - which way many more women are up to - he does not care / has a lot of options because there are literally 10 women with great jobs, looks, etc to each 1 man that is their equivalen…

I’m considered by most people to be an 8-9 female (have done modelling etc). I have honestly fallen in love with guys who are in the 5-6 range because they were extremely intelligent, well read and hilarious beyond belief. Improve your mental skillset, it’s far more valuable than your physical one.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
