If you don't know them, then try to find some common relations and try to exploit them. You could also directly ask the girl out. 2	Eye contact advice when dancing with someone? I'd make some eye contact but not all the time (feels very weird). Making eye contact might show a bit of vulnerability but also tells the girl you're there and you're noticing her. So it's actually better to make some than not to make.
