Yeah i already run, swim, rock climb and ride my mtb once in a while. I used to lift 6 times a week, howevermy doc says i should do cardio instead of lifting because of my kidney disease. Perhaps i should put my focus into my activities.

She snapped me today asking if i was mad, i told her no, but it was a low comment yesterday. guess what, she fucking says "I dont remember no comment, but it was most likely about sex" ghosted again, however she keeps contacting me. Should i just contact her after a while and act like nothing happened, or should i tell her im not only about sex bla bla bla. My intentions are on getting her comfortable with me again, without having to explain myself lol

Okay. I am still going out and approaching on weekends. What I want this to do for me is to give me a "core" so that my primary focus isnt women, which it kinda is now. If i do all of this thinking of the women I'm gonna get with it, it will be a recipe for approval seeking disaster IMO

I like your thinking. By making a timeline, do you mean that you should get some habits/goals settled first, and then build upon that? Or should one just start with everything at once? It's currently pretty overwhelming maintaining all of these habits so suddently, but I assume it will get easier as time goes
