Google's recommended searches aren't* moderated by humans, it's based on previous searchers' behavior. *rare cases have seen Google employee intervention, but they really are few and far between. The sooner we stop labeling what is and is not "acceptable" behavior for "a man," the better we'll all be. Like sports? Good deal, but make sure you're well-rounded enough to still know something about current events, film/TV/music/art, politics, science, etc. Don't like sports? Don't watch it, but likewise make sure you can at least be involved in water-cooler discussions of big games and players.

Please your generalizing self! I can only speak of this particular situation and made no claims otherwise. And in this case SHE chose to do it, both in terms of scope and when the decorations were to be put up. As I said in another reply, if it were up to my brother there would be NO decorations up - no tree, no stockings, nothing.

Except that when given the chance to say just that in response to my comment, he "clarified" by speculating on what the sentence would be. He also could have posted an original comment explaining his error, but didn't. You are right that there is a disparity in charges between this case and if the genders had been reversed, I just want to make it clear that especially in matters of the law using the correct term is important.
