Im going to tell you a harsh reality. If you really want to swallow the pill, be the captain and leader of your family, and achieve your mission, you should really look at the church. Like really really look. I don’t want to hear about “oh I’ve read rough stone rolling, nothing in that bothered me” or “nah Joseph Smith wasn’t a tried and convicted conman and charlatan before he found the gold plates. I’ve heard it all before, its not news.” There is a very finite amount of time that you have to …

Nah, I cringed too. It's fine to believe whatever you want in your head, in your home, and with people who believe as you do, but as soon as you start talking about it in public you open yourself up for ridicule.

I'm a few years older than you, but I remember what it was like being a skinny af, underconfident 20 year old virgin dealing with depression, anxiety and at that time undiagnosed narcolepsy. I hated myself and I hated my life. I was really angry most of the time, and the rest of the time I was sad or high. Your problem IS obvious, but it's not that you can't get any girl to like you. That's a result of the deeper issue which is that you don't love or accept yourself. Your looks don't have anythi…

Right. You don't become a man by ceding responsibility for your life and blaming other people, no matter how disgusting their ideology.

Maybe I need to get out more, but Ive only seen this brand of feminism on the internet. This isn't the way it works in real life unless you have no social skills.

Hell the fuck no. I lived with 2 girls for 6 months subletting. They threatened to call the cops because I smoked weed in my room. They got jealous when I brought girls over. They were lazy with housework. Save yourself the trouble mate.

Bring on the downvotes Happy to oblige. You're projecting your own insecurity and inadequacy onto dudes who have, quite literally, worked their asses off to get a body like that. Who the fuck are you to say that they are meat heads or anti social. This is such a bitch attitude.

In my experience, someone's Reddit post history is a very important factor in whether or not they will fuck you. LOL get lost chump

I wish I had found out about behavioral therapy after finding TRP. Would have been so much more helpful. If you can't get to therapy, you could look into reading Marsha Linehan's books. She is the psychologist who developed the DBT program. She's got a lot of stuff out there. I recommend this site and this book in particular. I Hope things work out for you!

I highly recommend doing DBT. CBT is more theoretical while DBT takes those theories and helps you use them in your life. Coupled with more awareness of your behaviors from a red pill perspective, it will do wonders for you, i think.

How did your friend go about helping you discover trp? I have a friend that is ready for it but I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?

Good point. Definitely the latter here though. Since I have invested so little effort into this girl and got that close, I'll keep pursuing.

If she were a little older I think this would work but i definitely got virgin vibes from her. This would probably come on a little strong.

Went with this one. She said ha I'll keep that in mind. I think when I see her again on wednesday I'm going to accidentally slip her my license instead of gym card to give her shit about wanting to know how old I was.

Hell I still feel like I'm making up for lost time. Its a good mindset to have so young though, methinks.

That's a more reasonable look at it, but I've definitely been there. There's lots of mental illness in my family so I can attest to the fact that its genetic. But honestly lifting and eating right and seeing what i was doing wrong (and then growing the nuts to change them) has done more for me than any drug from a bigass pharmaceutical company.

I hear you brother. I was still on lexapro and lamictal and seroquel when I found trp. I weaned myself off of all 3 slowly, and damn do I see the difference. Since swallowing the pill and going off meds I've: Gained 15 pounds Stopped watching porn and jerking off Moved out of my mom's basement Got promoted from temp to full time at my job Rediscovered my passion for music, and have played guitar everyday for 3 months Improved dramatically in my yoga practice Have more focus, discipline and prese…
