2	Time for a r/POCpussypass Yea judge them by the same standards and what not but it’s DC law that prevents the 13 and 15 year old girls from being charged as adults and it’s Florida law that allows the 17 year old girl to be charged as an adult. 7	Time for a r/POCpussypass I mean it’s just DC law not my opinion. Apparently it’s what the judge wants before they give the go ahead for the prosecutor to charge a 15 year old as an adult. -18	Time for a r/POCpussypass The 13 year old can’t even legally be tried as an adult in DC. As for the 15 year old it’s up to the prosecutor and apparently it’s a huge burden because they have to show that there’s no hope for rehabilitation. If she was 16 or 17 it’d be a different story.
