This is a great article. When I was in the service I started working out. Like most dudes all I did was bench press which resulted in a bad back that was always painful. 10 years later no more back problems just from focusing on the other muscle groupslike lower abs and lower back. This article is so true. So much can be corrected with balancing out your strength training.
