You are with holding honesty, your true feelings, and leading her to believe you are not interested, playing games. etc. You can attempt to excuse it however you want, it doesnt change what you are doing though. If you want a real relationship - you have to be real in it. If you are just trying to get laid, be honest about it and tell her.
