Study the conversion rates in marketing funnels and what's actually a good % of closing in sales and marketing. You'll feel better afterwards

I mean, I ran into the cartoonish villain version and was in awe and disbelief.

I know this'll sound strange, but I had way better luck with women as pivots than guys. Nowadays, a lot of seduction techniques are just part of dating coaching under softer terms and flowery language. It's water-resistant down, but more normie palatable. Figure out how to talk about this stuff so it's not weird. Friend zone some attractive women and turn them into pivots. When hanging with the guys, don't really bring up dating. Its not generally guys favorite topic unlike women who like to tal…

Amateur seducers are typically a threat to monogamous relationships. They might capitalize on whatever opportunity they can and are seen as untrustworthy. A really skilled one has too much abundance for that risk/reward ratio to make much sense. But during the transition from AFC to pro, guys tend to make a lot of social faux pas that are damaging to their reputation and social circles.

I was in no rush with my divorce, and it gave women I wanted to date pause. My ex moved to another state with her new boyfriend, and I hadn't seen her in a few months. I ended up sending her a bottle of my friends home brewed spirits as a housewarming gift to them. Women were hesitant around me because of guys like this guy.

Yeah. I'm 6'2" with a slender athletic build, been described as "tall, dark, and handsome, " and I've done some modeling before. My voice is a deep baritone bordering on bass. I've had girls lean on my chest and say, "Talk to me, I don't care what you say, I just want to feel the vibrations." All my life, I've been friend zoned a TON. Often, I'll see women express a strong initial interest, and then it fizzles quickly. Some of said friends have said or implied it's because they think I'm not int…

Yup. That was me in a nutshell (and to a degree still is)

You can also just smirk and say something like, "Wouldn't you like to know?" and then change the topic of conversation with some playful mischievous energy. Later, you can confess you're actually not very experienced but from a place of strength + vulnerability. Maybe you don't like casual or shallow and have turned down all the opportunities that you've had before. From a certain point of view it might even be true. If everyone thinks you get laid like a Rockstar it's because women are throwing…

It's called pre selection. Most women want to be with a man who can get other women, and it's apparent that he can, but he chooses her. They would wonder, "If nobody else wants to be with him, why not? What's wrong with him? What are other women seeing that I'm not, and should I be worried?" They're looking for social proof that he is at least wanted by others as evidence he's a valuable and desirable man. They don't want to be with an undesirable man. There's lots of handsome incels out there w…

If they're attracted to you, they want you to. They'll be disappointed if you don't. If they're not attracted to you, they don't want you to. They want you to read their vibes, feel out whether they want you to or not, and take responsibility for making the right call.

Real friends will wing for each other. I expect it from my guy friends, and if girls want to be real friends, I'll treat them as such. Treat that as screening for potential pivots who can introduce you to whole friend groups and provide social proof. Most of the time, though, they just want something for nothing.

Okay, but what if I'm a man who has an easier time finding FWB than relationships?

If they're being a complete jerk about it either I know why because I did something really stupid and deserve it... Or I didn't do anything egregious and they're just a miserable person. I look at it like road ragers who flip without provocation. Or with only the barest hint of it. It says much more about them than it does about me, even if it's uncomfortable in the moment. If someone is ridiculously harsh in their rejection of me, I basically take it as ridiculous. Yanno what? Fuck em. People l…

Both of those suck and neither is real love and partnership.

I also got treated like a fuck buddy and left and told that I was a good friend and lover but not a real partner and she needed an equal (which I wasn't)

The general consensus in this thread is that the husband material is the one who needs barriers up to bowl and the hookup material is the one who bowls without barriers. This comes from the idea that if you can hookup you have the option to be a husband, but if you are husband material and not hookup material you're on the road to a dead bedroom and at the sexual mercies of your wife. Not respected or rewarded as a sexual being and partner. I'm countering that with my personal experiences of hav…

But that's not the debate. It's whether it's better to be considered hookup material or husband material. You're telling me everyone else here is incel, basically, making this an entirely abstract and academic debate for them. Hookup material, a woman is attracted to you. Husband material, a woman is attracted to you. In no scenario presented is a woman not attracted to you. Women not considering you hookup or husband material is outside the context of the debate.

Those guys were backup plans. That's a participation trophy and consolation prize marriage, not true love where both people are each other's 1st choice.

I disagree. The number of times I've had essentially this talk, from someone I loved and wanted to love deeply, is extremely painful. My ex wife told me that our relationship lasted longer than it should have because the sex was so good. That I was a great friend and lover, but not a partner and she needed an equal she could navigate life with together. That was extremely crushing to hear. I talked to strangers on the internet about it and when I described the situation in detail they said "dude…

You've suppressed your attraction and sexual energy to feel safe. You stuffed it down too far and now are registering as a nonsexual being i.e. boring.

Learn a close embrace style of dance. Bachata, Argentine Tango, Blues, Kizomba, etc. If none of those are available, go for whatever is, whether that be some form of swing, salsa, or ballroom. Learn massage & bodywork. Style isn't so important here. Just get comfortable touching people so you don't have nervousness and thus weird vibes. Get comfortable with a normal, socially acceptable touch. Touching someone's shoulder or arm during conversation. The litmus test here is that "socially acceptab…

It could take 6-18 months but yeah quitting porn would make a different. But not just porn. You gotta quit death gripping your dick dry. Softer hold and use lube every time. You gotta re sensitize that thing and no pussy will EVER grip as tight as your strong hand grip strength. Try using your off hand as much as you can bear. There's the physical desensitization and the psychological desensitization to work through. If you're used to visually watching porn, you're ingraining the pattern that yo…

There's 3 possible answers to this: You're gay. Not joking. It's a possibility. Too much porn. You death grip your willy, and you will desensitize it. Cut down on the porn and at the bare minimum use lube when you masturbate. Your blood flow could be restricted due to health and lifestyle issues. Eat clean & get fit. There's other possibilities but those are the 3 most major and most likely. You may also have weird childhood trauma and sex aversion but idk, that's above our pay grade here. If th…

Coaches, bootcamps, and workshops are useful if you're regularly in the field practicing your craft. If you're afraid or hung up or don't have the life circumstances to get out there into the field, it's an expensive pacifier and nothing else. You gotta have skin in the game and a practical path forward for it to matter. If you're on the path already they can help you dial it in, otherwise they're pretty useless. This is true across the board in nearly any discipline.

My best wingman ever was a dude who was bi and kinda into me. He would brag about my d*ck size, tell girls how cool I was, make an introduction, then go open another set and leave me to sink or swim with a great first impression and social proof. He was a little crazy and wild. Sometimes, he'd walk up and hit on the girl and me equally and almost compete with her. It was always a good time hanging out with him at parties.

I was the ex. It was an emotional affair, and I didn't recognize it because we'd always been inappropriately close for monogamy. Her ex-boyfriend was my best friend. She had horrible taste in men, so he practically threw her at me, begging her to spend her time with me instead of terrible POS guys. I would spend time with her but not f*ck for my own reasons. So... when she got married nearly a decade later, I'd been one of her closest people for a long time. We basically didn't change anything. …

It depends. I usually reserve telling someone that verbally for after they've made an effort to connect with me. It then is contextually something of a reward, which keeps it from seeming needy on your part. Are you the driving force behind making all the dates happen, or is she asking when she can see you again? If she's asking, cool. If not, I'd wait.

I got falsely accused. I video recorded it because it was such an extreme situation. My ex got super drunk, had what amounted to a psychotic break, then assaulted me for hours. She reversed the story to mutual friends, 4/4 of them didn't believe her, and I had video evidence. There was never a case or a police report. I coordinated with her family and kicked her out of my life with the threat that if she wasn't out in 48 hours she would be removed by the authorities. I had fled and stayed with a…

You can also look at her. When she catches you looking at her, hold her gaze for a moment, look her up and down from head to toe, then look her in the eyes again with a wry smirk. Walk away and watch her chase you down.
