I work out 5 days a week eat three well balanced meals a day not including nutritious snacks I also happen to have an immunize disorder, major depression and anxiety which means a lot of medication of which a result regardless of what I do is weight gain because the medication alters how my body absorbs and stores fat. I’ve never been conventionally attractive . As a bigger black girl I never get a second look (let alone a first) but found that a lot of that fat phobia killed my confidence for so long .
