I can understand your frustration completely... Have you talked to her about all of this? It would drive me crazy If I weren't getting help with cleaning. I don't know the full dynamics of your relationship, each one is so complex, But I would sit her down and lay everything out and come up with some kind of balance. She may be frustrated about something and not vocalized it. Who knows but As a wife I'm the home manager so home should always be in order and the husband leading. If anything about…

Seems like she was just staring at you the entire time, waiting for you to do something. Who would care otherwise?

You can use her attorney as well. And when I say use I mean use them for negotiating since you guys are already divorced and it's just a matter of child support and parenting time. Just ask for more time. You guys can revisit after a year an order right? Attorneys can't block a parent having access to their child. theyd have to be a full on drug addict with no place to stay. But even they would get supervised time.

Yikes ... But if you look at the situation it's cheaper to pay child support. Your ex has the children full time? I don't know what you pay for child support but The custodial parent ends up paying more because of their time 24/7 with kids 😳all the extra little expenses, school, emergency Dr visits, holidays, clothing, extracurricular activities, homework , food etc.

Wow so how often can you revisit an order after a judgement? In Arizona it's a year. I'd go back to court and ask for more time with my children. If she has an attorney it's basically like you're having an attorney also because you can contact them just as much as she does. personally I don't think people need atty for child support because it's done on a calculator for that state.

If you and your ex get along? Maybe negotiate with her to keep the baby for some set amount of time or days since she said she pays $584 and eliminate that expense. I notice that leverage after helping my male friend get his child support dropped. He was paying $800 2 kids when she was custodial with like a 60/40 time split. She tried to pull the "childcare" card and he said he was able to take the kids on those days. It threw his ex off of course and the judge made the adjustment which brought …

I'm female and I cannot stand when I see a woman do that , or bad talk the father in front of their kids. Using kids as pawns is so unfair. They need to understand that it's the kid's father and that they have to have a relationship with him regardless of their emotions. people need to be rational when they have to co-parent

How much would it lower your cs obligation if it were zero?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
