1	Tyson knows. What i read is that he's pointing out the problem with her statement. Why would you wish for equal parts men/women, when the important part is that they're as competent as possible? This is not the same thing, because there's no reason to believe that the distribution of qualified people is perfectly equal. It could be that 75% of all the most qualified people are women, resulting in a congress of 75% women and 25% men. It could be the other way around.
