If you're a high value man who's time is valuable you'd want to take 5 seconds to text her on the day of the date. 1	Date flaked on me last minute. You need to take note of whether they suggest another date time or not when a girl says she can't meet you. The fact she hasn't suggested one to me says she most likely found a 'better' option or for some odd reason possibly wasn't interested all along (less likely because of the fact she initially agreed to the date).
