There's a reason why they call it explained and unexplained pay gap. The term equal pay means, in every source that isn't some alt right fuckfest, that working at job A, with the same experience, workload, work hours, everyone should receive the same pay. The issue is that women with the same qualifications and workloads as men in the same position are statistically getting paid less.
