The problem is when one person assumes and creates a "covert contract" instead of communicating.

It’s like you say, just a phase.

If people knew how to read a wiki abd use the search function, there would be hardly any traffic.

I want to say, just look into making friends and sorting out childhood trauma. Forget Game, that is more for people who are just doing one or two things wrong, or not at all. Look into Shadow work even if needed. Not normally one to advise Therapy, but its easier to do this tuff with a professional. Getting over approach anxiety and having confidence to speak to women and escalate is one thing. This is another.

Yeah… so true. 10 minutes is easier to manage for me than constant pointless texting. Anyway long story short, I hate texting and as anyone who knows me knows, if it’s important… phone me. Send me a text or Facebook message, it can be up to 24 hours before I respond.

This is why I prefer phone calls or FaceTime, the emotional part of a convo still exists. With texting, it’s non existent.

I hate texting so do as little as possible. Would rather call them or FaceTime them. I do think my lack of texting works, as it creates a natural hot/cold environment. If I am busy at work, watching a film, at the gym or with a friend, I generally ignore my phone (other than initially loading spotify at the gym). So I guess it’s relieving when I do respond.

Thats the point… if you sit at home or just stand there… you will not find the women that like you

She rejected you, there is nothing more to it. If you look at any “system”, the first step is always to desensitise yourself to rejection. That way you can focus your attention elsewhere without being creepy guy who cannot take a hint. Just say what you say, if she rejects you, thank her for her time, wish her a nice day/evening and move on. Make it clear your world does not revolve around her (also creepy).

Just don't get why you are going into analysis mode (in your head) between sets instead of staying present????

Nice to see a field report. And congrats on taking action. Just confused by this bit: "Between sets I’d sit, stare at math on phone (real analysis)."

Maybe he found someone else, maybe he was in a relationship and you were a piece on the side, maybe he got with someone and gave up casual encounters. No idea, there are loads of reasons. Just get over it and move on.

I may have missed it, but you seem to have missed out "learn to love yourself". Personally, I believe that if a person does not love themselves, then they cannot love another person. Yes they can pedestalize them, obsess over them, serve their every wish and whim (probably under a covert contract), but they cannot genuinely love. If a person is critical of themselves, then they will be critical of others. When we see people who are angry, judgmental, negative, etc, that is just a reflection of h…

I think awareness of this is a key thing. Like yeah I work from home, but I can do improv classes one night of the week, fit in another social event another night. That still leaves free time for the gym, then when the weekend comes when I do my “game” those social muscles are partially flexed. Then I try to do 1 random small talk with a stranger, ideally once a day (sometimes I miss a day, sometimes I do more than one), strangely this seems to have helped the most. As for COVID lockdown, yeah i…

Yeah immersion is a thing. My main issue is I work a geek IT job, which means I don’t get to socialise much at work (wish I had gone into sales). So I have to put effort into warming up and stuff, and find ways to make the “warm up” as minimum as possible. Yet if I take annual leave and go to some other city or country, I am not gonna be stuck working from home, isolated… and being social through out the day then makes talking to women a hella lot easier.

I had a mate record me once, when I watched it, it was boring as fuck. Granted I had missed a load of IOIs her mate was also giving me and I saw some glaring body language habits that needed changing. But none of it screamed “click bait”.

It’s so powerful that it can compete with billionaires who spent 40 years of working 100 hour weeks to achieve that wealth. Thats a cool story bro. Anyway I am more bothered about what I CAN do, and what works for ME, I am not looking to make some "Thesis" on "The Reality/Truth". If saying "Hello I am X" works for me, I could not give a rats ass, what percentage of guys that does or does not work for. Game is just guys floating ideas, like... try some, if it works for you keep it, if it dosn't d…

No bro, you gotta wrote about how being a billionaire helps all the time and always make it the whole conversation /sarcasm I can think of loads of things that would help, but focussing on what I don’t have will just lead to bad self esteem.

I don’t think anyone has said height dosnt matter. But it’s not really worth obsessing over. And on the topic of game, I have been out to social venues with guys who are more attractive but are afraid to approach. So my own “game” is to approach, get them setup with a woman, then do my own thing.

It depends where you are coming from, when you get into game. I was able to get dates, they would just go nowhere, or I would be told I was a nice guy, or lets just be friends. Name your cliche I heard it. For me at least, looksmaxxing would not of changed anything.

I tend to stick with the same conversational "style" but move onto topics such as relationships, sex etc. Also if it gets too interview, I may chuck in a "Well you are here, going all Spanish Inquisition on me, whilst I am trying to seduce you". Granted, the way I say it seems to come across OK (I know some people think its just about "what" you say, not "how" you say it). Also if its someone I am not into, I will not say shit like that.

"I don't know about you, but I find this place confusing as hell" May as well mirror her state.

My own view which does not seem to be shared on this sub is: Women may find lots of men physically attractive, but to them thats not something will act on. As long as you dont repulse a woman, if she is receptive, then it’s your vibe, communication, etc, that either makes her repulsed or feel safe with you. Sexualising a conversation is a skill. If I bought into “a woman will make it easy if she likes you, game won’t help” well then I wouldn’t even need to approach or open my mouth???

I am leaving out escalation, as that is a topic in its own right. Anyway you said 2 hours of "small talk"... I have no clue, what "small talk" means to you. For me it is shallow stuff, that means nothing. Out of interest, were you doing either of the following: A) Asking for facts and figures about "military law". Not sure how to describe that perfectly, as I am not a thesis writer. But were you basically just asking shit like "what hours do you work", "how many people do you work with". Like I …

Too be really blunt with you, if a guy is basically looking for holes to stick his dick in, why would he care if only attracts women with low self worth? Not being funny, I hear this a lot "That only works on women with low self esteem". For the record I am more into quality than quantity personally. But for a guy who just wants to rack up a lay count, why would they care? Like what is the point of your comment? Like why do you think guys who literally just wanna fuck and nothing else, give a fu…

You "read" that sometimes it can work. Cool, you now know that for you, in that situation, that does not work (for you). Next time you are in that situation, if it becomes a pattern, figure out what DOES work.

Welcome to the seduction community. Where people can write an entire thesis on "eye contact" or "the perfect angle to look over your shoulder to talk to someone".

Looks: 6. Can be upped to 7.5 depending how I dress. Like at the minute, I am about to goto the gym so in trackie bottoms and creased to fuck T-Shirt. Add some proper fitting clothes and a trip to the Turkish Barber, I jump up the scale easily. Your social skills with people: Cannot say. At one point if I went to a Meetup group, I would stand awkwardly in the background expecting someone to talk to me. Now I turn up, have no qualms asking random people if "is tis the [X] meetup group", then its …

Seduction used to be about how to get people to be attracted to you. Now it is just a tool for insecure people to find their next quick fix for their ego. This while community shifts every so often. Last time I was on here, last year I think (overall I find Reddit toxic for mental health, so take breaks), the general gist was "Dating Apps are the way forward, cold approach is pointless", it now seems to focus less on apps and more on cold approach. But yeah, the community used to be about becomi…

But once u manage to get the date or female companionship after that what if u are just plain lazy and busy with other aspects of life ( work, being with bros , hobbies ) Then you will go back to being who you were. The "date or female companion" may not be attracted to that.... I am not going to go as far as to say you are being inauthentic, but if you stop being who they were attracted to, they may stop being attracted. However.... its not as though, only men do this... women do it as well... …

Use some common sense. If all she has is a photo and a bio and has never met you, seen you IRL, yeah no shit, just texting logistics is not enough.

And for the record your username does not check out. Look, how many girls have you been with? Just chalk this down to a learning experience. Not time a girl asks to see your bedroom, and rolls around on your bed, she may have an intent behind it. You are clearly doing something right, regardless.

So you invited a girl over, cooked her dinner, she had previously said she did hookups, then rolled on your bed after asking what your room looks like. She made her move bro.

I prefer bars and lounges... so maybe not what you are after. But mostly.. have fun... talk to as many people as possible. Don't wait for IOIs, try and force them. As far as "cold approach" goes, use some common sense. If its 2 women deep in convo, do not approach. If they are looking bored, then cool, bring them some fun with your presence. If one is talking to a guy and another one isn't, well go cheer her up with your presence (imo, the best sort of set to go for). If its group of 3 or more, …

Fair... for me, it was knowing they were just "negitive beliefs" that made the difference.... its like "oh here come those shit beliefs again" rather than "my beliefs are my identity". Yeah I will have a few rusty nights out whilst I get rid of them (again),.... but at least I know what they are, rather than letting them control me. I am not my beliefs.

When you have that conversation and both agree its what you both want.

Fair... and yeah agree. Just read your first sentence, and thought "fuck me, some guy has discovered he was controlled by negitive beliefs so made a post about it in a relevent sub and the haters come out". Yeah.. maybe I was too quick to judge.

Why though? Some guy spent his life ruled by limiting beliefs and they changed. Instead of being encouraging and supporting, you just mock him. Does it make you feel superior being a piece of shit. I remember when the seduction community was supportive.
