Brother, being there. All I’m gonna say is this… it will pass. Be patient, get your mind distracted ( or course, maybe gym, jiu jitsu..) do something and stop thinking about it I was in your position before and looking back I felt like an idiot just to think how I felt. You will be fine.

Yes, been there and still hurts after 10 yrs. Be prepared to fight your own mind for years to come if you decide to stay for the kids. 10 yrs later I’m deciding to leave.. didnt leave yet but I know it’s coming.

One thing I heard and never forgot. You are flying and In the moment of the storm you look at the crew and see them in peace with it. Not showing any anxiety or nervous , you feel safe. This is exactly how you need to act with your kids they will look at you and see how you are reacting and will affect them too. Either in peace or anger. Try to prepare yourself first and then talk to them.

Man, this is exactly what I was brainstorming on my way home 15 min ago and I still don’t have the answer. But I will say this. This shit happened to me 10 yrs ago and I stay for the kids but it’s killing me inside. I’m not authentic, I hide my emotions all for my kid and still thinking when is the time to leave. If I leave her she will move to her mom’s house far away from me and not good for the kid ( bad city ). Idk I’m full of conflicts in my mind too. Wish u the best.

You are gonna regret 💯 if you stay. Situation like this won’t bring any peace to your life. Accept, cry your heart out, scream, punch the bags, go all through the phases but you will be better off. If you don’t you will remember this, unless she apologizes and says otherwise.

Let everything out buddy , get angry, cry, whatever u have to do but no violence. Then…. Start loving u again. Invest in yourself, relax, start doing jiu jitsu, u will look back and will be like what I was thinking for acting that way?! I’m way better now, I’m free and I’m a better person than before. Trust the process, u will get there but be patient.

Dude, stop everything. Give everything that belongs to her ASAP and get the peace you are looking for … don’t hold anything back. Forget police and warrants just give it away and get it done asap and live your life peacefully.

Once you are in peace with yourself you will understand how this is possible. I have been in your shoes…. But I started to respect myself more and that’s where everything changed. My life doesn’t depend on a woman…. If I have her or not it won’t change who I am.

Come on man , respect yourself. GTFO.

Don’t rush man, if u are not ready you are not ready and relax. Work on yourself in the meantime until I feel comfortable. Don’t pressure yourself… relax have fun doing something that u are ok with

Don’t hack anything. Accept that is over , thank Gid u r not wasting anymore of your time. You will now go through the process of anger, sad, relieved , etc… and move on. Don’t pursue her cause even if she comes back chances are u will not trust her again and both of you will have a toxic relationship… just my 2 cents.

Once divorced I don’t agreed to stay close enough where you can trace your ex. You need to be away as possible and know as little as possible only business communication… the closer you are the more sh#! You will see… that’s y I’m against it.

Don’t “ practice “. Respect yourself and the other person. It’s a process and you are going through it… let it all out man.. don’t hold it back and maybe punch some sand bag let all the anger out ….exercise helps a lot too… mentally and physically. Take care u will be fine.
/r/Divorce_Men09/04/23 01:01 AM

Felt like that too, this feeling is not towards her I believe but the love for your kids and for that let her do whatever the F she wants and spend all these energy to your kids. Love yourself more and a great dad they need u. Everything will be fine , let it go I promise u , u will be more than fine and think wtf were u thinking now and brush it off. Walk a little bit, relax, enjoy the kids, exercise , life is great brother u will be fine.

Being there too bud and I can tell u that you will be in a place that will look back and say “ WTF did I just do” and laugh it off… nobody dies because of “ love” it will pass and you will be another person.I’ve been there all we want is to have a normal day that we can just sit down and relax watching tv without any weird thoughts.. but exercise daily, little by little distancing yourself from her and closer to your kids and love yourself too exercising and taking care of yourself. You will be …
