1	Hilarity of diversity hiring Rather than rave on about race, it would be better to look at culture. East Asian culture venerates the scholar. This pushes study. If black folks took this on board, rather than seeing this as “thinking white” it would likely lift them dramatically (although it may hurt them in sports where they excel).
