For starters, if you read my comment again, you'll see that I've said the Quran only provides the stem/roots to the entire "tree" of Jurisprudence. Rest of it is up for debate. There's not tax code in there. Laws regarding sex change operation? Nope. Net Neutrality? Nooooo. The Quran has 6667 verses. Boy you sure are dense. LEGALLY you are innocent EVEN if you have committed the crime because the court DOESNOT have the sufficient evidence to indict you. OBJECTIVELY however you are NOT innocent, because although there is a lack of evidence to prove your guilt in court, your victim CAN [not always] be sure that you ARE guilty. Society should rely on LEGAL STATEMENTS. Life is unfair, that's why murderers can walk around as innocent members of society.
